We were at the Marriott next door for a work conference and our Halifax-based colleague made arrangements for our 40+ group to visit the Lower Deck on a Friday night. The staff were very accommodating in reserving capacity on a busy night when they would normally be full anyways. The place was jam packed. Awesome live music, incredible atmosphere, and solid beer selection. Food wasn’t spectacular but was average for pub fare.

A pub with a strong bit of history. A greate place for a drink, and a real friendly atmosphere. Live bands and a broad selection of beer on tap.

Good times to be had here. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Don't miss this place. Musical live entertainment is awesome. Great venue!
