Hotel Maison is a quality establishment! Their service was very good, and we enjoyed our stay while on a business trip in the area. The beds are comfy and the decor is stylish, but not opulent. It felt just right for a business trip. The employee at the desk was very helpful about letting us know what was in town and how to get there. That was greatly appreciated! The only thing I believe I wish would be improved is the amount of water flow from the shower head. I felt like I had to take twice as long to rinse because there wasn't as much as I'm used to. Overall, it was a superb experience and I would stay there again for sure.

The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Great location for walking to local restaurants. Only issue we had during our stay was with the cable. Not the best connection. Although everything else was lovely and the small breakfast options were simple, yet thoughtful. Also our stay came with a complimentary tasting ticket for their featured local wine or cider. I would recommend this place.

Easy to find with a nice parking garage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious with modern furniture. Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. Highly recommended!

Quaint hotel with a "bait and switch" tactic. Lobby and public areas very enticing and inviting. Rooms, not so much. Big with nice but bare furnishings. Beware of "corner" rooms - not worth the price. Windows are odd with very little airy feel. We stayed in 301, windows were at armpit height for me. Could not see anything but sky or ugly building when sitting. Upgrade suites were roomy (viewed one after seeing our room) but 2 small creepy windows. Needless to say we shortened our stay from 4 nights to one and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our time in Yakima. In summary the hotel appears nice, and kind of is, complimentary glass of wine is a nice touch, but the rooms are nowhere near worth the price you pay. Btw - the luggage cart had a flat tire, seriously? Bring your bicycle pump. Morning arrived with the soothing sound of traffic on the road. Do not stay here or at least be aware you will not likely get what you paid for.

A unique stay experience, elements that harken back to French inns and hotels. A nice break from the typical hotel/motel stay in Central WA.
