GuestHouse Inn Yakima

The real saving grace of this place is Jason who works down at the front desk. He was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself resembles a motel from the 80s but it was clean. It’s conveniently located not far from the convention center which makes it the perfect little place to stay and save some money. Would definitely stay here again :)

I stayed at the Guesthouse Inn in May 2017. It is quiet. Sure, it's doesn't have the look of brand-new, but it's clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. If you need food or drinks, there is a Target within a three-minute walk. I was there during the medical school graduation, and there were lots of people from out of town in Yakima. Guesthouse had the lowest rate I could find with a decent rating. I'll stay there again if I ever have the opportunity to be in town. Thanks Guesthouse. You served me well.

Basic clean room with all the expected amenities and a nice free breakfast to go with it. Good location Yakima. Good value

I booked this through Expedia. My trip got cancelled, so I called to cancel my reservation & got no answer. I never checked in or stayed there. I finally reached a man who told me my credit card would be refunded. Never happened. I phoned again and talked with a woman who said she would speak with the manager and get back to me about the refund. Never happened. They took $90 out my checking account. Book at your own risk!

Nice place. Good prices. Small parking lot but they still found room for my mans work truck with a trailer.
