Comfort Suites

This was our first time staying at this particular Comfort Inn. The staff was friendly & the suite was clean. The bathroom was updated with a great shower. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, pastries, etc. The rate was comparable with other 2-3 star hotels in the area. We would definitely consider staying here again when we are in Yakima.

Like how clean the room was. The hot tub was down not working thru our whole visit. But pool was open and the children had fun. Could have heated the room. But yea it was nice.

This location is newly renovated and it looks great! King room has a wall mounted TV and a medium sized bathroom with all new tile and a wicked looking shower head. For the business traveler, you can get work done in your room during the day without resorting to your bed as your best. Clean, nice looking, friendly staff, two thumbs up.

I love staying here. The franchise that I work for has a center in Yakima (literally walking distance from this hotel). I sometimes have to come up for a couple of days or weeks at a time to train new hires. It's a treat knowing that I'll get to stay at Comfort Suites, the rooms are always clean and tidy and the breakfast is fantastic. I'm not usually a good sleeper but I always sleep so great in the beds that they have. I stayed for two weeks in January when they were remodeling the hotel and the noise/activity was never really bothersome. I haven't really interacted much with the staff since I am out of the hotel most of the day, but I do really enjoy the breakfast gal, who's always smiling and restocking promptly. The evening front desk lady (I think her name is Shelly?) is always very pleasant and fun to talk to. I would stay here even if it wasn't for a work trip. Keep up the great service!

Apparently they recently remodeled this place and it appears they did a good job. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the free fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice touch.
