I had a great experience with a garden associate Rashidul at Home Depot. I originally came in looking for a fan, and he took the time to walk me through several options. Instead of just pushing the most expensive model, he really listened to my needs and recommended a budget-friendly fan in the store system that still met all my requirements. I appreciated his honesty and focus on value.nWhat stood out even more was his depth of knowledge beyond just fans. He shared helpful insights about BBQs, garden soil, and plants, which has already made me feel more confident about coming back to purchase a BBQ soon. It’s clear he knows his department inside and out and genuinely enjoys helping customers make informed decisions.nnOverall, excellent customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be returning for future home and garden projects.

constantly dissapoined with this store. Often not stocked with the items available at the Abinojii Mikanah location or the Polo park location. Today I did my research and found what I was looking for here. They were supposed to have, like 25 sheets of what I was looking for. When I got there there were only 2 that I could actually grab so I asked for help. After waiting for over 5 mins, I was finally told that they'd have to get them down which would take 10-15 mins. Fine... but, no, It actually took around 40 mins! Really wish I'd just driven to the one of the other locations right away! Lesson learned!

Went to get some tools before starting work and was helped by Robet. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He made the experience easy and fun! Highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for hand tools or other work gear.

I’ve rented a Home Depot van in the past without any issues, but it seems like the policies or process may have changed since then. I honestly don’t care that the rules changed, that’s completely fine, but some consideration and time taken to clearly explain what was required for the rental would have been very helpful.nUnfortunately, the employee assisting with rentals seemed very disinterested and dismissive throughout the interaction. It honestly felt like he didn’t even want to talk to me about it, responding mostly in short sentences and offering very little explanation. I was left feeling like he didn’t want to rent to me at all, possibly because I was a young woman.nI also had the proper insurance coverage and a professional driver’s licence, so I wasn’t trying to rent the van without meeting requirements. The issue was that the employee wouldn’t clearly explain what documentation or conditions were actually needed, and his responses were so short and dismissive that I eventually just left. After looking it up online later, I realized I would have qualified to rent the van if he had simply taken the time to properly explain the process and requirements.nnI completely understand that requirements need to be followed, but customer service and basic professionalism matter too. A little patience and willingness to explain the process would have made the experience much better.
