The Home Depot

Was doing a defective vanity return here at Home Depot at Leila and they would not accept it cause it was “their loss” but it was an exchange. Super dissatisfied with their service as they were not kind and kept brushing off the situation. Would not reccomend anyone coming to this Home Depot.

Hot water tank leaked after 1 year, called the store and was told I just needed the sticker off the tank with the model/serial number for warrenty so I drive an hour home, peel the sticker off and about 45 minutes back to the store only to be told I need to bring the whole tank. Girl that I talked too even put me on hold to talk to a manager before I went and got the sticker. Huge waste of time and gas.

Do not buy paint here!!! They have caused me such a mess. I bought what the staff member suggested. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because they got the colour right

I was at Leila store to get paint about 4 times. During my shopping I met great ladies who are very helpful, courteous and amazingly knowledgeable about all kinds of paint. I am writing this to say thank you to all staff at paint department. Thanks

It's amazing I have a home depot card I buy alot of tools at this store on Leila and was trying to return a cordless 7 and a 1/4 saw they wouldn't take it back because it's worth over a 100 bucks I had no bill . But the east indian in front of he returned some sink that Is worth over a hundred with no bill and they exept his return. Just wondering if it's because he speaks the language. Home Depot needs to do better.
