Had an emergency sewage situation at nine pm. Went to home doper tool rental Center on Leila ave, rented an electrical snake, later discovered it was bent in the beginning of it pretty much which made things really difficult. Couldn't get through long enough. Luckily, not a blocked stick was the problem but a sewage back flow. Came back the next day to return the tool and figured that since I rented it an hour before closing, the four hour rental extended naturally to the next day which is a fantastic practice. Anyway, I, somewhat hoped for money return as of faulty tool, but no luck with that but did get a second rental for free. Which is not bad at all.

I spoke to one of the managers and they said this location was pet friendly. I walked my dog twice in the store with no complaints from staff or managers. Today I went and the "assistant" manager told me I wasn't welcome with my pet. She didn't believe me and accused me of lying. She embarrassed me infront of other customers and was very rude. Her name is NATALIA and she need to be confronted on how she treats customers.

Never answers the phone so went down there and no employee knows what I'm talking about. Guess that's what happens when they get minimum wage. Very unprofessional in my opinion !

Typical big box store. Staff is helpful when approached.
