Excellent staff! Except for the one who uses the PA system for PRO contractor deals or something. Give the PA job to somebody with good voice and articulation. Manager named JR something was great, will come back again.

I'm giving this rating to give thanks to your employee, Rod, for the help he gave to my great Aunt today. She came in to get materials to build a step for my grandmother (who has mobility problems) so that she can step out onto her balcony, as she loves to do, and which she has been unable to do yet this year. Rod not only helped her find what she needed, but built it for her to make her life easier. Our entire family is very grateful for the help he gave her today, most especially for going above and beyond what was expected. I do hope this gets back to him. Thanks Rod.

Great team here. I had an issue with a defective product and the managers (Erin, JR and Ross) went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended!

Employees at the customer service desk this morning (Fri Feb 9) could use some additional training on your own products (credit card) and processes (delivery etc. ) they were not helpful and I got the impression that I was being an inconvenience. There was no one else waiting. I interacted with the pro desk and the flooring department and each of them were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Buying almost everything i needed to fix up my house from home depot , i find they have a GREAT website and its nice to have staff that knows what your talking about when you go into a place to look for parts for your build! I bet i spend over 15k there in the last year!
