Love this Home Depot. Always friendly staff. I had a few questions in the gardening section. Didn’t seem like anyone knew anything about gardening advice… they kept passing me around to other employees. Great options though. Picked up some Saskatoon berry plants and flowers. Good prices on soil.

I came in home depot looking for a snow blower for my little side snow removal gig i started this year. When I went to find an employee I ended up talking to Ethan and what an incredible experience that was. He checked inventory for me and after finding out they did not have the snow blower I wanted in stock he gave me an incredible deal on the next model up. I cannot express how much this made my day absolutely amazing experience with Ethan.

Another swing and a miss where Home Depot has screwed up an appliance delivery.nnIt was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday, I waited around all day and shocker, nothing was delivered and no body contacted me. Since this was the second time separate appliance order I figured I'd go to the Home Depot to see what was happening.nnI was told the warehouse where the appliance was would reach out to me the following day. And to no one's surprise, the next day I never got a call.nnTwo days later, I called Home Depot. An employee said he would look into it and call me back within the hour. And guess what, I'm still waiting.nnI have purchased an appliance that was supposed to be delivered two days ago and no body has even contacted me.nnLast time I ordered appliances from Home Depot near Regent, they sent the appliances to Brandon.nnI told myself I'd never order an appliance from Home Depot and here we are. Same old garbage service. This isn't a local store problem but the business itself can't figure out it's delivery issue.

Tried price matching an item from Quebec, Home Depot policy only price matches based on these criterias:nn1. Same make and modeln2. Product in-stock at competitor and Home Depotn3. Online Competitor can ship to my locationn4. Products are not part of exclusion listnn4 associates didn't even know the policy and denied my price match. The manager gave approval to price match over the radio. The associate helping me still refused to price match. They looked through my phone to see if the price match deal was real, they searched it themselves and still didn't give me the price match.nnThey searched the company to see if it was legit, even though there's 3 hardware stores in Quebec that are in-stock and open.nnI talked to Customer Support online and they gave me approval to get price matched.nnThe associate was still refusing after Manager and Online Customer Supporting saying I am eligible.
