One of the biggest challenges with any repair is knowing what to get and where to find it when you're in store. The staff here are always helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't take very long to find what I need and make me way through the self-checkers to get on my way to get the job done!

JR is very helpful and a great manager. I had some questions and also specific situation where I needed help at this Home Depot location, at ask Help from an employee, and then I have asked for that employee to escalate to manager where she introduced me to JR, JR was able to help me out. Greatly appreciate his help usually accord location is closer to my home but after receiving this help, I will definitely be more open to using this location as well. I’m very happy with the service I received today. Thank you.

This is a good Home Depot location the staff here helpful and they have a very extensive tools and hardware selection. Overall, location is clean and well maintained. I would read it a great choice for contractors and the average consumer overall, I’m happy with my experience here and the service received.

I honestly don't understand how this is even possible in 2026.nnFor tax purposes, a proper receipt is required. A receipt should clearly show who made the purchase, the purchase date, the amounts paid, and the taxes charged. These are basic requirements.nnThe customer service department is clearly aware of this issue. The last time I picked up an order, I was given a packing slip and was told that it was my receipt. I was also told that Home Depot does not provide receipts because they are sent online.nnThe problem is that the documents I received contain everything from marketing information to order details, but they do not include the actual purchase date. The date an email was received is not the purchase date.nnI would also like to mention the Android app. I could not find the QR code myself, and even a Home Depot employee was unable to locate it in the app.nnIt is difficult to understand how a company of this size can have such poor digital systems. When will the 21st century finally arrive? How much longer do customers have to deal with processes that feel like they belong in the 19th century?nnThank you.
