I absolutely love this store! The staff are always friendly and greet everyone like they are family! They know their regular DIY'ers, if you will, and offer sound advice with expert price matching skills that ensure they retain their customer's trust. The store is very welcoming and helpful! From the two ladies who run the workshops to the gentlemen who work in power tools and the wood cutting section. This store has familiar faces and incredible customer service! They make purchasing new appliances, like i did recently with a gentleman named Patrick, and his supervisor I didn't catch the name of, easy! The team worked to get me the best deals with the utmost kindness and professionalism while I had multiple distractions. They worked with me. Even the security team is friendly and approachable! It really is a joy to walk around and browse different ideas and find more resources to elevate my growing project knowledge with their help!

DO NOT USE the Home Depot website to order anything! Actually, you probably won't be able to, even if you try because you'll usually get an error message when you try to place your order. I did a bit of Googling to investigate the issue and this has been a problem since way back in 2021. The workaround for this is to order as a Guest, instead of logging in, which makes no sense.nnAND after I finally got that to work, I was left wondering why I never got a call from the installer? I had to contact the store for that. Apparently, my order was mysteriously split into two orders and only one was paid for which makes no sense, like that's not even possible at my end.nnSo...yeah. Just don't use their website and save yourself hours of frustration.

Dont normally go here, but the place was well organized. Can find what you are looking for in aisles with the neatly clear signs. It seems that the place is busy on weekends. The staff were very nice and welcoming. And if you can't find what you're hoping to find , they are there to assist you. . Definitely might go there when in the future for appliances if needed. Thanks home depot for the positive experience

Very disappointed! Recently we bought a new shower door. At home we opened the package and in the package was an old used shower door We had to drive over 100 km to bring it back. I thought Home Depot is a good store to buy stuff for renovation. I don't now if I can trust it anymore, if returnedold products get sold as new ones.
