Rona is located on 1333 Sargent Ave in the west end area of Winnipeg adjacent to the real Canadian superstore. It’s always a pleasure shopping at this location – the staff is friendly, there’s plenty of parking plus they have a drive-in lumberyard, which makes purchasing lumber much more easier than in Home Depot. The story is well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable. In addition, I generally get 5% off with the VIP program, which is definitely an added bonus!. In addition to the lumberyard, they have a paint section, gardening section, as well as great deals on windows and doors, etc. Good place to shop overall. I recommend.

I've visited this RONA Sargent a few times before, and while my previous experiences were Average , But this visit truly stood out because of Ishika. I had to return an item at Customer Service, and what could have been a frustrating process turned into one of the best experiences I've had. Ishika handled everything with professionalism and patiencennShe took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her integrity, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile were evident throughout the interaction. It's rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also makes customers feel valued and respected. I left more than satisfied and will gladly return because of the exceptional service I received.

Picked up some bricks from this location. Team was very helpful and we were able to pick some up the day or and get the rest delivered due to order size.

I was shopping at Ronasergeant location and had the most amazing service from Judy and Wendy regarding trouble with a hanging solar light. I received a new one. Very happy. I do all of my shopping at this location Sargent. These ladies are so nice !!! Excellent service as always. Thank you Judy and Wendy
