While at Rona I had to pick through a poor selection of 2x4 lumber to find just 5 boards. They weren't priced on the shelf so I found out they were $3.91 each at the till. I paid and left the store. While in my vehicle i looked on the home Depot website and they were much cheaper there so I went back into the store to get a price adjustment. They lady named "Christina V" said the price match MUST be done at time of purchase. I said that's odd but ok I'll return them and repurchase them. I went back outside and brought them all back in and did the refund. When I asked to re purchase them she said I had to go pick them from the shelf again because it's company policy that refunds have to stay behind the counter. I decided to not repick them and just went to Home Depot. This isn't the first bad experience I have had with Christine V at customer service from Rona Panet but it will be the last time I buy anything from Rona.

Wish they would open on up closer to South St. Vital... They stock more Canadian made products. Only complaint is their "online pickup" counter is NEVER open. You have to go stand in line at customer service.

Friendly service and usually find something good there. Had a big sale today, didn't find it much a sale. Rona, Christmas is over...sell your over stocked Christmas items at a decent price, not full price. Disappointed.
