Almost all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Even when they’re not sure about something, they’ll go out of their way to find someone who can help. I’ve even had positive interactions with the security staff.nnUnfortunately, the only exception was a thin older gentleman dressed in black who appeared to be part of the management team. My experience with him was completely different.

Ultimate disappointment with Canadian Tire at this location.nThe last 3 visits made me decide never to use their car service again.nnUltimate disappointment with Canadian Tire at this location.nnThey changed the oil but forgot to reset the oil warning light. Then, only 3 days later, another warning appeared saying the engine was overfilled with oil.nnWhen you call them, you spend forever listening to the robot menu and nobody ever answers the phone. Messages are ignored as well. There is basically no customer support or feedback at all.nnWhat’s even more frustrating is that an oil change takes around 2 hours, and in the end there are still 2–3 mistakes from their side that they don’t want to fix.nnThe best part — even if you have a confirmed appointment time, they randomly move it 30 minutes or even 1 hour earlier. And if that doesn’t work for you, they just tell you to book another day and register again.nnVery unprofessional service.

I had a tire change appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM, which I had booked a full week in advance.nnWhen I arrived, I was told that their tire machine had just broken down and that they couldn’t complete my appointment. What made the situation even more frustrating was that nobody called, texted, or emailed me before I drove to the store. I wasted my time and rearranged my schedule for nothing.nnI asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, but I was told there was no manager available and that nobody could help me.nnI was also very disappointed with the employee who spoke to me. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy or willingness to help. His attitude made the situation much worse. He claimed the machine had broken down “just a minute ago,” but based on how everything was handled, it honestly felt like I was being misled.nnI understand that equipment can fail, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to take responsibility were completely unacceptable.nnThis experience left me extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry. I expected much better customer service from Canadian Tire.

Jist wasted an 1.5 hours of my time. Employee purposefully ignored me. Finally got his attention and he went to look for the item in the back it says they have 8 in stock online and another canadian tire sent me here after they checked in the back and didn't have any. He came back and said it was in their warehouse. He was unapologetic and blamed me for not calling ahead the other store already told me to come here. Customer service is seriously lacking here. It is always hard to get employees attention. You often wait a long time to find an out no one is coming even though another employee called for assistance. This has happened so much here I have wasted hours of time. Much easier to go to Home Depot where the customer service is 100 times better.

Great selection of bikes. Bought two mountain bikes for my teenage daughters. They were set-up correctly and work great. Both girls are very happy with their new rides.nnThis location unlike the Kenaston location allows customers to size and try the bikes before you buynbuy.
