Absolutely horrendous location. Can’t even walk down an aisle with a cart as they have crap in every aisle all over the store. Tried to load lumber and there’s 50 ladders randomly set up, which makes it extremely difficult to load your lumber and maneuver around, we have an aisle for ladders. Let’s put them there. It’s supposed to be a hardware lumber store not a Walmart with random shit everywhere. Get rid of your inventory put it somewhere and clean your store up. Whoever’s idea was this needs to be let go.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to Aaron. He proactively offered help while I was browsing and made it easy to find everything I needed. But what truly stood out was his honesty and integrity — I had accidentally left my wallet in the store, and on my next visit, Aaron recognized me and returned it with all my cash and cards untouched. I’m beyond grateful for his help and honesty. Home Depot is lucky to have such a dedicated and trustworthy employee!

Typical large Home Depot store located on the west side of Markham. You will find all your hardware needs here, from carpentry to plumbing to electrical. They also have a garden center in the summer time. Lots of parking, and they are next to WinCo supermarket. Close to First Markham Place.

I came for the workshop to build a plant shelf. John was amazing. He was very helpful and a good teacher. I am hoping next time that there will be a birdhouse class and I will bring my whole family!

Today I visited Home Depot at this location, and from the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. Staff members greeted me warmly as I entered, and every employee I passed throughout the store made a point to ask if I needed assistance—it really created a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.nnThe true highlight of my visit was in the garden section. I needed help selecting the right grass seeds, and a middle-aged Middle Eastern or Arabic woman went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took her time to walk me through my options, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave thoughtful recommendations—one of which I ended up purchasing. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what a valuable team member she is.nnThe customer service at this Home Depot is exceptional, and thanks to experiences like this, I’ll absolutely be coming back.
