The Home Depot

I was in this store in the morning on May 31 looking for several items that are not easily categorized. I walked through the store once and could not find any of the items that I was looking for so I asked help from a sales associate, her name is Jessica. She walked me to the right spot and helped me to find the correct item. After that she asked me if there is any item(s) on my list that I need help with so I mentioned the other two items and again she took me to the right spot and helped looking for the correct size. She is super nice, professional and polite. I am a DIY guy and go to this store quite often, most of the staffs in this store are helpful but this lady is remarkable.

Had called asking if they carried the 4 pack of Propane showing on the website and if they had them in stock and on the floor and was told they did have them. I searched a quarter of the store in areas where I thought I might find them before I went up to Richard an older and very polite associate. He went above and beyond trying to locate them. No luck. Finally called 2 other associates until we found the gentleman who answered the phone. Richard sat me down at the front bench while the two of them went to the back room because they had not been put on the floor yet. So all in all I was pleased to find it wasn't another wild goose chase at another big box store. Richard wheeled them out for me and then thanked him for dropping what he was doing to spend time helping a customer. Great service and thank you kind gentleman. Retail needs more people like Richard who love their jobs and put customer service above all else....more than you would ever find anywhere else.

The only place you can purchase with confidence! No need to be worried about returning your products! They totally take care of their customers to make them happy! Also their people are so knowledgeable, who you really can count on their suggestions! Specially this location of Home Depot feels like my Home!

Great Home Depot staff, especially Aaron, who is always cheerful and full of life eager to help even if it is stuff you need from another section. He goes out of his way to make Home Depot look good. Keep it up.

It is a nice home depot. But not pet friendly like other locations. #notpetfriendly
