Hi Guoqiang Dong, from the receipt in your picture, it's obviously you mixed up The Home Basics and it's neighbor store Neo Home. It's really unfair to The Home Basics.

在此店买过一个保暖水壶。使用后发玩保暖水壶无保暖效果！
购买后二十天回到此店，告诉两位店员。我买的这个保暖水壶，滚沸开水注入此保暖水壶六小时后变成凉白开水。第一个店员说: 你不能磕碰和水泡清洗(我这个人不会使用保暖水壶)。第二个店员说: 这样的保暖水壶只能保暖儿小时(我说的六小时保暖效果是过分要求)。
商家的聪明请你用到～正道！欺骗～无信！
