If you are 100% sure you are not going to exchange, then it's not a bad place to shop for bedding. The quality is pretty good for the price you are paying.

Re-posted; the store had deleted my review. They clearly do not want people to know the truth on how they deal with customers. If you ever have a need to exchange a size while within the exchange period, you will be out of luck at this store. We had purchased a Coverlet Set, prior to which we were assured by staff that we could exchange as long as we were within the exchange period. Sure enough, we had a need to exchange as the Coverlet Set we purchased was of the incorrect size. We went today, only to be informed by staff that it was used, as there were small dirt stains along one edge of the coverlet, and therefore we could not exchange it. We explained to them that we only briefly placed it on top of our daughter's bed to see if the size was okay, then after determining it was not the correct size, immediately folded and placed it back into its original packaging. We explained that the dirt stains were the result from a previous customer, not us. Staff still insisted we used it and refused to assist us in an exchange, so essentially classifying us as people who purchase items, use them, then exchange/return them, something which I did not appreciate and took offence to. Asked to speak to management, and explained to her the situation; she stood by her staff in saying we had used it and it could not be exchanged. We firmly stood our ground and said we did not use the product, and that the small dirt stains was caused by a previous customer who exchanged this item prior to us purchasing. The manager said that was impossible as her staff examine each product prior to proceeding with an exchange. When mentioned that it was possible her staff did an inadequate job of checking this Coverlet, she also said that was impossible, so essentially saying her staff are 100% perfect and never make mistakes in examining their products. Overall, I would avoid this store at all costs. The staff there firmly have the mentality that all customers who enter into their store are only there to buy, use, and try to exchange/return their products. Do yourself a favour and shop at a more reputable store. Advise to management: train your staff in doing a better job at examining your products when they are being exchanged/returned. A lack of doing such, which was clearly evident in our situation, demonstrates that your staff is incompetent, thereby leading to poor customer service and negatively impacting the integrity and reputation of your store.

Nice place but the sales lady kept on trying to upsell us. Then we saw a bin of discounted bedding. Then she tried tell us that those were not good quality. We bought it anyway.
