Canadian Tire

I reading some of the reviews on here I cannot believe some people had problem at this Canadian Tire in Richmond Hill. I took my old clunker there and was greeted by a very people oriented service agent Pharok who extended me a friendly greeting and arranged to get my car fixed quickly. He seemed to know what he is talking about and I would trust to go to this location again. Thank you for your excellent service.

Can only judge based on one visit to the auto centre. Served by Yoni and the mechanic Charles. Only needed an oil change and they also had a look at the exhaust system because i thought it to be suspect. Didnt find a problem, but did point our areas that could be a problem. But no hard sell, no scare stories about how i needed other fluid changes (as told in other Canadian Tire locations). These guys were honest and straight with me. No extra charges.

Good spacious store, ample parking but bad management. More than 15 mins before store closing the manager starts shouting on the speaker that store is closed and cashier is going to be automatically shut off. There were more than 5 announcements like this in 10 mins. Then starts staring at people and goes 'we gave to escort you out'. Really? Never had this bad experience at any other Canadian tire store.

Never giving this branch my money again. I had the worst experience trying to get my tires changed. In the end I didn't get the work done and I am extremely frustrated with the people there. Give proper instructions or don't take my money. Useless. I would NOT recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for auto services to go smoothly and easily. Expect issues and bad customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money. Worst service experience I've ever had.

Excellent service from the guy on duty Farokh(?) He arranged to change to light on my corolla and all was good for my drive home. Nice to know there is such a knowledgeable and service oriented person there on duty. Excellent customer service keeps people coming back and this is where I will go next time.
