If you want to decorate home, Bouclair is he place to be. They have deals but you need to spend your time to find. Staffs are helpful finding things at store.
I went into the store to return an online order which took about 2 weeks to actually receive when online it said 3 days and they didnt know how to process the refund. The customer service representative told me to call head office and figure it out with them. I refused so then they refunded the product stating I had no receipt when I did have the packing slip and email receipt. It would be good if the staff were better trained on the system to avoid customers waiting 30 minutes while they figure out how to refund an item.
The store ive found rarely if at all gives good deals on anything. But I've bought several furniture pieces and home decor from here. Would recommend for stylish home decor. One 3 panel buffet / cabinet took me about 5 hours to put together, mostly because I had to redrill some of my own holes to get the alignment of the doors perfect. But this isn't a unique problem to bouclair... Wayfair , Ikea, etc all have had similar problems.
This store offers a good selection of home accessories at reasonable prices. Their stock is neatly arranged that aids finding what you need quickly, hence saving time. The service is friendly and helpful. $$
I like this store. I can always find what I want. Staff are helpful and try their best to assist you in finding items you need. Most items are simple with great design which fit most people's tastes.
Helpful, friendly staff. Browsing often reveals stuff unnoticed first time around the store. No frequent shopper card and sales don't cover much merchandise.
I visited this very clean and well organized location on September 14/17, to return an item and was really surprised by a genuine and the best service that one can expect! Endless thanks to Amber and keya for their excellent service and very warm welcome!
We needed to order a product they were out of and they were extremely helpful and friendly
Very helpful staff member made sure I got the product I was looking for.
