This Home Depot provided exactly the kind of shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. The store is large, clean, and well organized, with a wide selection of products for everything from small home repairs to major renovation projects. The aisles were well stocked, and it was easy to find what I needed without spending unnecessary time searching.nnWhat truly stood out, however, was the customer service. Omkar was absolutely excellent. From the moment I interacted with him, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping. Rather than simply getting me in/out, he took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I found exactly what I was looking for.nIt's becoming increasingly rare to encounter employees who combine product knowledge with such a positive attitude, and Omkar did both exceptionally well. His professionalism and willingness to help turned a routine shopping trip into a genuinely pleasant experience.nnThe rest of the store reflected that same standard of quality. It was clean, well maintained, and staffed by people who appeared engaged and helpful. Whether you're a contractor, a DIY enthusiast, or someone tackling a project for the first time, this Home Depot is a great place to shop.nnA big thank you to Omkar for the outstanding service. I spent 2000 dollars for a fridge and as soon as we open the fridge we see mouldy old rice all around and the shelves are stained and dirty. Now we have to wait 6 days for the actual new one. Nevernbuying from here again.nnUPDATE:nThey gave us a fridge and it was scratched, I have footage of the delivery men discovering the big scratch but still willing to deliver it, and has the audacity to be all pissed we didn’t empty the fridge when he didn’t give us any notice before arrival.. Can’t wait for the third time and at this rate they come and it will have missing doors.

We visited The Home Depot on May 19 after confirming with a manager over the phone that we would be able to pick up a riding lawn mower the same day we placed the order online. We explained that we were driving in from a fair distance away and didn’t want to make the trip unless we could leave with it that day, and we were assured that wouldn’t be an issue. The manager also confirmed over the phone that the mower had been safetied and was ready to go.nnWhen we arrived, there were only two employees at customer service; one assisting another customer before leaving the area completely with them, and the other handling returns with a long line already waiting. We approached a seasonal associate for help, but were met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, and told to wait for the returns associate despite the growing lineup. Eventually, someone was found to assist us, and after more than an hour in the store, the mower was finally brought out to our truck and trailer, only for us to discover that the steering wheel was broken, leaving us waiting even longer while the issue was addressed.nnUnfortunately, we experienced disappointing customer service after purchasing a snowblower this past winter. After spending nearly $10,000 in less than six months on equipment alone, we expected a smoother and more considerate customer experience from a company of this reputation. Instead, the experience felt disorganized, frustrating, and unnecessarily time-consuming from start to finish.nnIt’s clear the understaffing is leaving employees overwhelmed and customers frustrated, and that disappointment lingers long after the purchase itself. As loyal customers, it’s discouraging to feel that the level of service no longer reflects the scale or reputation of the company, and it has left us seriously reconsidering where we choose to invest our business moving forward.nnI would also like to acknowledge the wonderful service we received from Garrett, as well as the woman working returns; I believe her name was Cayla. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were a genuine bright spot in an otherwise deeply frustrating experience.

They'll take our money but won't they refuse to use it to staff the store properly.nCouldn't get questions answered or find anyone in the aisles. Went to customer service. Two ladies staffed one on a computer quickly made eye contact with me and looked away. I stood there for over 5 minutes and she she avoided any opportunity to engage me. Help me or even to tell me the other lady will be with me in a second. I was looking to make a $4,000 purchase. I'm off to Rona, again, put it on my flexiti card, instead of inquiring about a home Depot financing for the Power solutions I was looking to purchase.nLast year I applied for credit, didn't get offered, odd that I didn't but fine, I went to Rona.nA few weeks later I got an offer from home Depot in the mail, too late I already went to Rona, Got credit there. Spent, paid off and spent again since then. Thought I'd give home Depot a try again, but still a frustrating experience to try to get help before making large purchases.nmy visits now will be for scrap wood, tarps and brackets.
