If I could leave less than zero stars I would. Customer service in the departments is non-existent. I purchased a vanity, and 3 days later it went on sale. I spoke with the plumbing department and they told me I was not entitled to a refund. They never even told me I needed to speak with customer service....they just made up the story. I called customer service, and the fellow was terrific, and explained all the rules regarding purchasing/discount items. That department needs educating.nI have been in the flooring department several times shopping for a specific item.....There is no available help. One time when there were two fellows available, I waited for them to finish a chat, and then asked if they had any laminate flooring that was NOT woodgrain. I got a smart aleck answer about selling me concrete. I was incensed, and I purchased my flooring elsewhere.nI looked at the website for a specific item, which indicated it required ordering. Before ordering I went to the store with a sample colour to ensure I was getting the correct item. Again, the flooring department was empty. After waiting and making a bit of noise, someone finally showed up to assist. I took him to show him exactly what I needed. He said they don't make that colour. I showed him the photo on the site, and he relented. But he said we don't have it. I said I know, because the sign on the wall specifically says 'special order'. I asked if he could order the item. He said no, I would have to go to another store. No other store has the item because it is SPECIAL ORDER!! Very tired of sales people lying to me....really fed up! Tough for Rona....I purchased directly from the manufacturer.
This is the best Rona outlet! Their staff those who walk around to offer help to customers are just so eager to help and so friendly. They really guide and help me each time I look clueless looking for something. Bravo guys!
Went in today to pick up an order a toilet from the pick up desk. MARIE-EVE was there. She handled 3 customers in total. I noticed she was patience, polite and efficient. Great service. I was very happy. All the best !
Very helpful people. Went in looking for an item and had a sales associate approach us and asked if they could help. Haven't had service like that in a while from a big box store.
I went in today to buy some light bulbs.nThere was absolutely nobody around to help. I went to the customer service to see if they can call a staff member to help me out. They were short staff and the ones who were there were on their lunch break. Horrible place . Ghost town in there. Nobody to help you with what you need. I can see this place shutting down it's stores pretty soon.nI will never shop there for anything anymore.
