21/06/22 I work beside home hardware every time i have a break i go shopping at the store only today I was accuse to be a thive by the manager of the store on 1934 Montreal Road on Gloucester ...omg I was so upset to be accused of something I did not do just because of my color of the skin or the way I look. Shame on you if you did this because I look aboriginal , well have a nice aboriginal day Mr. Manager. 21/06/22 today is National Aboriginal day is a day of reconciliation not to accused aboriginal of being a thive like the old days went white people tough the is what we were. Nice little store that has a decent selection of small DIY items for small house projects. The staff were very helpful and stock wasn't bad. I was looking for a few things and didn't find it here maybe it's only with larger home hardware stores. Overall, good experience here.

Amazing experience! I had a long list of items and Aaron walked me through the store picking out what I needed even when I didn't know the name for what I needed. He asked the right questions, offered sound advice, gave me valuable, proactive tips, all with a great attitude and personality. At the check out, I was greeted with a smile I'm assuming, because, well, the mask, you know, she was super helpful, showed concern and was flexible to my needs, holding my purchases while I pulled my vehicle up to the curb. Fantastic!!
Was told by a store clerk, galvanized fence 3 feet by 35 feet was $34.99, once I got home, noticed galvanized fence roll was actualy 3 feet by 5 feet, and still got $%^%*&%$ trippled overcharged, when you need something don't rely on what store clerk says. 2 rolls 3' x 5'=$ 69.98
Discriminatory business, will not be giving them my business anymore after experiencing the discrimination at this store.
Real local vibe - excellent service, great prices. Personal service, second to none. Highly recommended for all your household and garden needs!
Friendly, helpful team. Always trying to please their customers, if they don't have a product, they can order for you and call you when it comes in.
