Great place sales guys are helpful and knowledgeable. I've tried all the other Ottawa equivalents and these guys are on the ball. Keep it up guys

Extremely poor customer service.. Check pricing compared to their other location or they'll try and hustle you. I would recommend Ottawa Fasteners over these guys any day.

Started getting the run around at another supplier so gave these guys a go. Pretty disappointed so far. 1st order I got home and opened the bag to find m8 instead of m10s. Back to the store and they fixed it. 2nd order big shopping list emailed in took a week to order everything in when they had originally told me 2 days. Finally everything arrives. Again m8s instead of m10s and some of the nylocs were course thread instead of fine. Had to re order everything again at which point I was given a refund a long with some free product. Watching my credit card statement I have still not seen the refund come through 10 days later have asked via email a few times but not received a solution yet. Finally get the correct hardware in about 3 weeks after original order so back to the store for the 4th time. I see a flyer with advertised step drills. Ask if they have stock. No. What's the point of a flyer if you don't even carry said items? I did not order again. At this location the guys at the counter have treated me well and always done the right thing. But it seems they are working with a broken system that is causing a lot of mistakes. Pretty much none of the items I need are in stock in any quantity above 1 or 2 bags of 25 and it takes days to get them in. I'll be having my refund fixed and going back to old supplier. Cheaper prices and the run around i was getting from them doesnt seem so bad afterall.

Terrible. Salespeople don't care and are so unorganized. We called order in and to have ready for pickup. Order was not ready and when we did get order put together, got home opened box and was short 4 parts. Called store too bad so sad drive in and get more. Always a problem everytime.Are we the only ones.
