Went in to get a toilet part and there were no staff for plumbing....Grabbed a part and got to the cash and two different prices ...the shelf said one thing and the scan another...Total wast of my time

This is small, but really well stocked store.  The staff was very helpful on my last visit !

Great knowledgeable staff, community involvement, friendly environment, if they don't have it...they will find it!

No where near the selection of, say Home Depot, for obvious reason, however, unlike the staff of the local home depot, the staff at Home Hardware are easy to find, well informed, and willingly helpful. They even roam the isles, as though seeking the lost or confused to render aid or assistance where desired. Maybe not the best selection, but I always start here first (and only go on to Home Depot if I absolutely must)
