Visited on May 14, 2024 and enjoyed exploring the vast array of garden plants and tools. Super well stocked.

Completely disappointed with my latest customer experienced at the Home Depot. After having multiple services failures due to their delivery company lack of communication, I had to wait over a month to received the dishwasher I purchased online. Finally, when it was time for the plumber to installed it, he informed me it was not possible to mount it on top since the counter was granite and no option to mount sideways. I called back Home Depot and was informed it would take another 2 weeks before they could pick up and exchanged it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait that long as I had already waited a month to get the dishwasher and didn’t find this acceptable as an option. I decided to bring it to my nearest Home Depot at Laval. I explained to the female staff the issues I experienced and at no time one of them tried to assist me or give me alternative options except the normal policies run down. Additionally, not ONCE did they even apologized or said SORRY !!! I asked to speak to their manager by the name of Daniela spanish background and from the gecko she had attitude. Didn’t give me the chance to finished explaining my concerns with the delivery issues. She simply printed my bill and told me you had 48hrs to call us if there was any issues and I exceeded that time frame. She lacks customer service skills, kept interrupting me, didn’t allowed me to finished speaking, Hey Daniela just listen and at least try to be apologetic is not hard to say SORRY, ah and you could provide options not just brush your xtra pro clients like you don’t care or value my business. I don’t need you to roll the red carpet but sometimes take the time to give options is better than reading the policies with a militant attitude while your female employees laugh behind the counter. I dealt with other managers there and I find they not only acknowledge me by welcoming with a smile and going above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. Unlike Daniela who in my opinion lacks understanding, listening, and empathy, truly needs to improve your poor customer service skills. The other Home Depot in Boisbriand was able to assist me in purchasing another dishwasher and even called for me the delivery company to see if they could deliver earlier. Simple things that make the difference. The 1 star is reserve for Daniela because Home Depot still has some great employees in many other locations.

I had so much trouble with an order last week but Michael at customer service was so quick to help me. He made the experience unforgettable with his fast service and impeccable focus. This Home Depot provided amazing service because him!!! I recommend Home Depot to any home renovator in the area!

We were very well guided by the staff at the construction department. Unfortunately, the plumbing department was another story. The middle-age man who answered our question didn't know much. At one point, he disappeared and never came back although we had someone calling him. We found out he was doing something else and completely abandoned us. We had to go at Rona where a young staff guided us very well and gave us even more than what we needed. We know where to go now.

As a regular customer for Home Depot I can notice the change in their service and prices, I gave before 4 stars but unfortunately I have to edit my review and lower the rate, the service is getting g very bad, avoid to buy any third par stock from them like the blinds the kitchen the electrical appliances etc etc Home Depot taking his profit then once u need their help they say it’s a supplier and we have no control, while Costco they support you to the end, Bali window blinds and stores are very cheap and worth nothing I guess they making a low quality only fir Home Depot the electrical kitchen appliances are way more expensive than other competitors.nThe customer service is getting very bad, at the store promise to call back but nie et call, at the regional office omg so rude so unprofessional they do what they can to defend their suppliers and grab your moneynDo your research, check other competitors and stores selling the same products, u will getter price and service than Home DepotnI feel so bad for this brand and store as I used to love it and spend a lot of money and time at their stores.
