Visited on May 14, 2024 and enjoyed exploring the vast array of garden plants and tools. Super well stocked.

Very neat and easy to navigate in the store. Staff are helpful. Their website will show the aisle and section on each item so very easy to find what you need. Price can be a tad bit more expensive but worth it versus the messy and never have stock reno depot across the street.

They need to revise their criteria hiring managers especially for this store, because being nice is often replaced by being mean. I was trying to return some deck items bought at the end of the summer of past year, new, unopened. Yes, that's true that it's only 90 days to return, but after that, it's at the discretion of the manager... I've tried to explain that it's kind of cold to build a deck in the winter and I just finished it in March of this yar. The manager just said that it's too bad and she doesn't want to allow an exception. On my question: Why not? I've already had a better experience at the other Home Depot stores, she responded: why don't you go the that another store. That’s what I will do from now on.

When you are familiar with the service on the US is different. Definitely they aren’t as supportive as I have seen on many others states. But still love Home Depot in Quebec as well

As a regular customer for Home Depot I can notice the change in their service and prices, I gave before 4 stars but unfortunately I have to edit my review and lower the rate, the service is getting g very bad, avoid to buy any third par stock from them like the blinds the kitchen the electrical appliances etc etc Home Depot taking his profit then once u need their help they say it’s a supplier and we have no control, while Costco they support you to the end, Bali window blinds and stores are very cheap and worth nothing I guess they making a low quality only fir Home Depot the electrical kitchen appliances are way more expensive than other competitors.nThe customer service is getting very bad, at the store promise to call back but nie et call, at the regional office omg so rude so unprofessional they do what they can to defend their suppliers and grab your moneynDo your research, check other competitors and stores selling the same products, u will getter price and service than Home DepotnI feel so bad for this brand and store as I used to love it and spend a lot of money and time at their stores.
