If you need something quick, its good. For tools not so much as everything is locked in cages. Big store are better as you get to handle them first.

The service was great very helpful people working there.

I have shopped here for the last 5 years to encourage a small business even if I pay a little more. This Sunday however was IT. The young man sold me a pint of paint for $25. For a few dollars more I could have had a gallon. Never told me. In future will be going elsewhere

Went to this store to purchase wall anchors to hang some heavy picture frames . After politely asking a few questions to an employee to see which ones I should buy... he seemed bothered and actually started to stare me down!!!! Like he wanted to throw me out or fight me!! I even spoke to him in his native language French after i realized he had problems speaking English. !!! All I asked him was if the anchors I chose were good enough to hold up a twenty five pound frame!! I let it go... went to the cash to pay the other items I picked up. After I got home and checked my receipt... to top it all off..THE CASHIER PUNCHED IN 2 SMALL EXTENSION CORDS WHEN I ONLY BOUGHT 1!!! It was only 8 dollars..but still. NEVER AGAIN!! Too bad the Saint Rose RONA store closed. They had way better service even though their store was smaller!

Local hardware store with friendly and experienced staff. I use it often for my painting, renovation, pumbling, electricity and seasonal needs. Fast efficient service.

Wednesday April 24th / 2019.. The guys around the floor are super . Great service But the lady at the cash is really arrogant and not even a smile... if your job isnt with clientele, i am sorry but change you are ruining it for the Rona store..you are the face of the store.

Great little place for all the essentials and weekly specials. Wish there was more like this. Convenient
