The Home Depot

This Home Depot doesn't understand customer service or their own price match policy. Clearly stated on their website, they price match any competitors sale price in Canada. The manager Marc-Antoine wouldn't price match Lowe's price on an air compressor because it was in Ontario. If I were to go to a Home Depot in Ontario, they would price match their competitor... so why does it make a difference if we're in Quebec? Home Depot Canada is a Canada wide company. Instead of arguing with Marc-Antoine, I've decided to take my business elsewhere to Reno Depot, where they've never denied me a price match to save some money and severely aggrevate a very long time, active customer. That's terrible customer service, and I'll be cancelling my Home Depot credit card.

Not too much guests. Fast check out. A little bit expensive than Walmart nearby for the same product such as thermostat.

Terrible experience!! Dave in the carpentry department disagreed with my spouse and i when i said that their quality of pine siding was sub par and then went on to mock us publically about it. He was at the checkout laughing at us about our disagreement in plain sight and loudly! We heard him from down the isle he was mocking us so hard. For the record RENO DEPOT has a much nice selection of woods with much better quality! Im a general contractor and im truly disappointed by this joker at home depot and this experience will definetly make me avoid home depot as much as possible from now on after giving then over 100k in business over the last 2 years with my commercial account. On a last note, the manager Carlos was supposed to call me back after explaining to him what happened to figure out a way to make amends. I never got a call back...guess it shows just how much home depot cares about their clients.

Good store, they have a map at the entrance and plenty of employees so you're never lost.

Run of the mill Home-Depot. I go there often because of the proximity but I'm not in love with their Pharmaprix style of hardware store. When I have the time I go further to Reno-Depot beside Fairview, better prices and more selection. Service is good at both places but it's often hard to find someone to help you, gotta hunt them down, stalk them and wait your turn like a predator.
