Absolutely exemplary customer service.nFrom the front desk, to the paint guys, all the way to someone driving a forklift!nnMilt at the paint section helped me from start to finish going over multiple solutions and exactly what products I would need and the cost of each. He had great expertise and took great care to walk me through the process.nAnother employee at the customer service desk she also helped to assist me.nHighly recommend the drive here then other home depots as you'll get great customer service and multiple expertise.

I will NEVER buy another major appliance from HOME DEPOT again.. I purchased a Samsung Stove. Inadvertently, I broke a knob on the stove and had to have it replaced.. To my surprise, although the stove was less than a year old, Home Depot DOES NOT carry parts.. The salesman who sold me the stove gave me a card and assured me that their 3rd party supplier carried all their parts. SO I called the number on the card to discover that they DO NOT carry Samsung parts.. Anyhow, I was directed to yet ANOTHER 3rd party vendor who needed to order that PLASTIC KNOB which will cost me $100.nSince I broke the part, I don't mind paying for it although I feel $100 for a plastic knob is ridiculous BUT one would think that if one is dropping over $1,200 at a retailer who is selling a product at a very minimum that retailer should be able to get yiu the part on A NEW PRODUCT!!nI WILL NEVER BUY A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM Home Depot AGAIN, and I caution anyone who is thinking of buying one from Home Depot

27 February, 2024: Here is my review on this Home Depot Pointe-Claire.nnBest:n1 Location is good. It’s near the highway.n2 The space feels nice and they have a second floor.n3 Washroom is very clean and maintained well.n4 Employees this day were kind and very friendly.n5 The rentals here are available especially the trucks and at decent prices.n6 The building has natural lighting on most parts.nnWorst:n1 The design and layout is a bit odd since it has a second floor.n2 It feels smaller than most Home Depots.n3 They need to maintain the cleanliness and have a mix of both Self serve cashiers and regular cashiers.n4 They need more signs in English if possible.n5 Parking is tight and small since there is enough land space.nnOther than this Home Depot is very nice and an important one for this area and for the people.nnI hope they maintain for climate change and have better vegetation around the store.nnI would recommend this store to all.

I wanna say a BIG BIG thank you to Mike, a seasonal supervisor, and his colleague Home-Depot Point claire. They helped me find the lawn mower id been looking for for a long time. They were super respectful and eager to help. Mikes number one priority was to satisfy his clients and so he did just that. All of this with a big smile on their faces.nnTHANK YOU MIKE!!! -mitra

I was happy to see staff working at the checkout. They helped accelerate the process and speed up the line.nnIn the isles, it is another story. Almost impossible to find someone to help you out to find what you need. But that’s the charm of a hardware store. Ultimately I found what I needed in my quest for a service representative.nnMaybe that’s the tactic. You run around, isle by isle to find help, and by the end of it, you become the expert.
