Very strange to not have bilingual staff in Kirkland store not that it stopped me from getting excellent service so 4 stars. Employee was extremely courteous and very helpful, though. I was able to get a price match and the item even cheaper. Nice surprise!

Close by and convenient. Selection is not as good as the larger stores.

Rude and condescending customer 'service'.  Waited almost 20 minutes for a price check, and when we were finally served, employee was rude and condescending.  Plenty of other stores to shop and will certainly not return.

Not much to say but good things so far. I never give 5 stars to anyone as there is always a little negative to deal with in every business or individual.
