I will NEVER buy another major appliance from Rona again.. I purchased a Samsung Stove. Inadvertently I broke a knob on the stove and had to have it replaced.. To my surprise although the stove was less than a year old RONA DOES NOT carry parts.. The salesman who sold me the stove gave me a card, and assured me that their 3rd party supplier carried all their parts. SO I called the number on the card to discover that they DO NOT carry Samsung parts.. Anyhow I was directed to yet ANOTHER 3rd party vendor who needed to order that PLASTIC KNOB which will cost me $100.nSince I broke the part, I don't mind paying for it although I feel $100 for a plastic knob is ridiculous BUT one would think that if one is dropping over $1,200 at a retailer who is selling a product at a very minimum that retailer should be able to get yiu the part on A NEW PRODUCT!!nI WILL NEVER BUY A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM RONA AGAIN and I caution anyone who is thinking of buying one from Rona

This used to be my go-to hardware store, but it seems like slowly over the last decade or so they have really gone downhill. Bad selection and high prices.nnWhile the staff is friendly and the quality of service is usually great, they are simply so understaffed.nnThis review is a reflection of the company, not this location's workers. I'll be going to Home Depot from now on. Been disappointed too many times by Reno.nn**Edit in response to the reply I received**:nnI'm not sure if you are doing AI generated responses now, but if you had read my review you would realize there was zero issues with customer service for me. The problems are that your selection is poor, prices high and choose to under-staff the store. If anything, your few friendly workers should be compensated for being overworked.

The guy in charge of the dept. VANITY BATHROOM. Not good to assist with costumer, just because he couldn't speak English. He says, his going to call someone to help us. We're waiting for an half hour, he never showed up. Good thing an old guy from other dept. Help us and thanks to him.we bought the counter top sink bathroom and separate faucet.

If you get your wood cut here and need it straight, know this will not come out straight you'll need to adjust. I asked if the pieces would be cut straight, they said yes I got the piece and showed them. Then they said ya the machine is off by 2 degrees they can't do anything about it. That giant expensive machine needs to be calibrated....

I went to buy some light bulbs and Halloween decorations, and the lady who helped me by letting me in on a sale happening the next day was tremendous! So I bought my bulbs and came back the next day for the best sale. When I went to use my native status card at the register he first time was great, the young man who just started just had to call the manager and it was entered. Easy! The second day the lady told me they didn't take it and I have to go to customer service, so I had to insist a few times before she got help, then they asked me where I live and photocopied my ID and my card and the cashier rolled her eyes a few times and made checking out a terrible experience.
