Shopped at Bain Depot this past Saturday Dorval location and purchased many items. Our experience at this location was beyond superior. I would like to acknowledge the store Manager Marco who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while in the process of decision making. He was patient, friendly , helpful, informative, professional and attentive to us as well as juggling many other clientele, all of which received the same quality of service! We have never experienced this quality of service before and we wanted to say Thank You Marco for that. We are so satisfied with the purchases we made and I promise we will be back!
West Island store refused to process an online order’s return in store within the 30 day period despite the policy noting that things can be returned to any store. Had to repurchase the required items & now need to go through the extra effort of returning the items.
Bain Depo’s return policy is terrible. The people at the store were either unwilling or unable to return and credit my product in store although the company policy states it can be returned at any store.
Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Very quick to take your money & then push back your delivery every week, for over a month. A new excuse every week.
It was one of the best customer experience I've ever had, even if, technically, I wasn't a customer yet. I had bought a bathtub from another store and one necessary part for the installation wasn't included. Unfortunately it wasn't mentioned on their site and I was made aware of it once the bathtub was at my home. I was running around for days trying to find that part without any success. Sam Ibtissam Aouadi and her assistant were very nice and helpful, found the place where I could buy it from and even placed the order for me. They won me and my wife over by being interested in helping us. We still have to buy a few things for our remodeling the vanity is the next one and for sure we'll buy it from Bain Depot. Thank you very much for your help!
I take my hat off for Marco at Bain Depot, He has gone beyond service with help and most important Trust for a client. Never loose that quality Marco. Have a great day
Loved shopping here at Bain Depot West Island. The service is amazing, the entire staff was really helpful and friendly, especially Marco who was very knowledgable and he took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. We renovated our entire bathroom in November 2021 and we bought all the furniture from here. They were all delivered on time and there were no damages. Overall, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend shopping there.
The staff here is super helpful and accommodating. Joseph made sure I was happy with my purchases and took care of my multiple deliveries with ease. Items are very well priced for the quality. Made the whole renovation experience that much more easy and effortless. Thanks again!
I purchased a new shower kit at Bain Depot West Island, and I must say I received excellent customer service from Francis Perez. There was a delay in the doors for the shower kit I had ordered in early March which would delay my bathroom project by two weeks. With a lot of searching on his part, he managed to secure me another model of shower kit and was able to locate all the parts in other Bain Depot stores so I would not need to postpone my bathroom project. Thank you Francis for going that extra mile to help a customer.!! Great customer service!
I went to Bain Depot Dorval- West Island for the first time in June 2021. I met your employee Francis Perez, who was extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. You have here a top of the line employee. Thank you Francis for all your precious help. It was much appreciated. I will go back to your store in the future.
