This store shouldn't even get 1 star , everything in the store is very cheap and low quality even its just to buy a cheap wire it will only last a month before it stops working... they sold my girlfriend a fake usb that was supposed to be 32 gigs but when tested it only held 500 mbs , also had no kingston serial number on it like all kingston flash drives do , they refused to take it back until I said I know its a fake and not a real kingston , they then tried to give me another of the same flash drive but made them test it first and 4 in a row were exactly the same . the guy behind the counter then said to me he knew they were fake in the first place.... so why try and sell them and scam people??, the customer service is HORRIBLE! they are always very rude even when asking questions before buying something Don't waste your time or money going here go somewhere like Addison where its better quality stuff and better customer service... I have been going to this store for a few years to buy little things and some times expensive stuff but I refuse to go back here because there is no point its a waste of time and money , I dare anyone to try and return anything to this store

Access does a bit of variety but compared to Abra, theres 1/10th the stuff...and its triple the price. The place looks super dumpy and the employees don't speak proper English or have appropriate customer service. They asked me to take off my backpack and leave it by the door as if i'm some peasant. Just avoid this place and don't prolong its definite bankruptcy.

I love this store. Has everything for electronics that you need with prices most times better than online. The only thing I dislike is when sales people follow you around sniffing your ass. If you ask me if I need help and I say no I'm ok thanks, leave me be.

Just went in today to ask about reconnecting some wires to a sensor which I had tried on my own but it didn't work. I thought I needed a new sensor. The nice young man didn't try to sell me a sensor. He took a look and just mentioned the wires were coated and that's why I wasn't getting a connection. Sold me some solder for $3.45 tax incl and explained how to prep the ends of the wires. Well it worked like a charm! I'm so happy. I met quite a few nice folks at this store. Will definitely check it out for more electronics in the future.

When this place first opened (years ago) it was awesome! But it's gone downhill since... I rather go to Addison. I'm only giving it 3 stars, because it USED to be a great place.
