Salesman, front counter staff are nice.  Large goods variety and choices.  But nevertheless, I had very bad experience on their auto service.  First I bought a set of CAD2000 winter tires and booked a date of changing tires in 2 weeks.  Then I got a call from them next day and asked me to take my wheels immediately as they has no space to keep them!  Next, I went to change my tires.  I asked whether I can pay to leave my summer tires there, they said no such service.  Later on, I heard my friend did so as he paid for that service!!  At last, I got my new winter tires changed.  The next day it happened that one of the wheel nuts were loosing out even I can move it with my finger!  I researched and realized that new wheels have to be re-torqued but I was not getting such advice.  I went back to tell them, waited 3 hours to get this done.  Worse thing was that I realized wheel was not torqued tight enough as sounds coming out while I was driving.  I took the car back again same day....waiting long time to talk to the technician.  Finally I explained to him everything.  He torqued the wheel again.  At last they fixed it after I came back 2 times for such very simple issue which could have avoided.

Very clean store. Friendly staff. Products are oon shelves when there's sales. And the prices are better than the most popular online retailer.

Well stocked store. Clean, staff is friendly. Fairly large surface has a lot of items in stock.

Good selection there... But be careful of inter-store inventory counts, call first. Had to do 3 Canadian Tires to find one item recently even if they told me they had X amount at the next store...

Well stocked, well merchandised, bright and clean. Store layout makes it easy to find products. Garage service is friendly and efficient. Store personnel are always very knowledgeable. They can be scarce however.
