The best experience I've ever had with any garage or uservice center.nI'm completely blown away.nThere are no words to express my gratitude except thank you.nThe personel behind the service counter and the technicians in the bays are both incredible.nI've definitely found the place for all my reparationsnWell done, thanks for being the best

Today I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the store around 11:00am and had to wait a few minutes to be served in the hunting section. I spoke with a clerk and he served someone else at the same time as me. He said he had to walk the customers product to the cash and would be right back. I waited over 20 minutes before I had to walk around and ask another clerk for help. The product I wanted was advertised at $143.99 liquidation. I asked the clerk if in fact it was correct and he said yes. When I got to the cash it was a different product. A clerk walked back to the hunting section with me and I showed them the product I was expecting. They noticed the wrong product was placed in the wrong spot and the item wasn’t on sale. The clerk said they would probably match the price but would ask the manager. After another 20 minutes plus they spoke to the manager and said they couldn’t price match what was advertised. I asked to speak to the manager. He knew the situation and said with a smirk nothing could be done and they couldn’t price match. He could lower the price but that’s about it. I thought the policy was different in Quebec but apparently not. Being there over 1.5 hours at this point I was disappointed and felt the manger was simply brushing me off with a “too bad” attitude. I returned the items I didn’t want. I noticed as well my shoes and my sons jacket, pants and shoes were full of black grease. The cart was filthy and put back covered in grease. Jacket and pants are ruined. All to be said I expect more from a big store like Canadian tire and a better solution offered.

Terrible service at the service centre.nMy son had a blowout on the 40 and since the tires were purchased at the Kirkland CT, we looked to see if they had them in stock and unfortunately, non in stock. DDO had stock but they couldn’t replace the tire because they were too busy. So, he bought the tire and went to the Kirkland store to see if they could install it there. The person at the desk said that they were too busy and they were closing. The person at the desk said, come at 7:45 and we could install it for you first thing. My son explained that he was going back to school in London, Ontario to write an exam and had to have it done asap. The person said assured him that it won’t be a problem. When he arrived today, the guy at the service centre told him that it doesn’t work this way and there was no record of this request. So they told him to sit in the waiting room and they would do it when they had time. 2 hours later they decided to change the tire which literally took a whole 15 minutes. Since they told him they would do it first thing in the morning, he cancelled his appointment at Midas that was scheduled for 8:00.nWith that said, he lost 2 hours of driving time which means that he lost 2 hours of study time to prepare for his exam.nNever again will I use that service centre for anything. There are much better garage on St-Charles that would have accommodated him with less attitude.nWhat horrible customer service.

Their new remodel is very nice and the store is very clean and well stocked. The only thing I do not like is their check out. The line is like a cattle herding gate… but then again all stores are now doing it this way so how can I rate them poorly for that. Also related to check out….They must have had an uptick in theft as they have to open every closed box item to ensure there is nothing else hidden from within. I feel bad for the cashiers. But this is more of a corporate thing and less specific to that particular store.
