Canadian Tire

I was there on April 29, 2024 and needed information about electric bulbs. I asked the employees present in the department and I was told that they have called the person who can provide the info. After some 10 minutes waiting a huge fat woman came. When I was telling her what I needed she did not even wait that I finish, pointed to something and turned her big back and went away. She came back after few minutes, hogging with somebody she knew. I repeated my question, she said she already answered me and turned her back on us. Finally I had to ask for her manager, he came and gave us the info in less than a minute. A nerve breaking experience. I told her boss that her place was not there. If you see that woman there, don't ask her a question, she is rude and very unpleasant.

The employees are very nice, the young man I asked if they carried shoe polish actually brought us to the aisle, cashier was efficient and polite. The store itself is clean but dark and a bit cluttered. Hope they renovate soon. I really don't like how they make everyone line up in a single line to wait for an open cash but today it moved rather quickly thankfully.

Bad attitudes from store manager and general manager, and refuse to honor the guarantee on the item and keep coming up with different excuses. First when store manager came, he said date on recipts is not visible. After I show it to him, he went for long 10 -15 minutes them bring the general manager. When he started questioning me about what wrong and why you are returning the item?? When I explain to him that item spark electric shortage, he said well that's miss usage its your fault. He said contact the manifacutre maybe they will accept your claim. ...nSo it's nit haselfree warrantee when it comes to the ddo store.nTook it to another Canadian tire and they exchange it without any trouble. So clairly they just want tonget out of it at any costs

I will always drop n anyone store to look for great deals. Which exists!! For example: I just bought a digital control 5000 btu air-conditioner for $145.00, regular $225.00. The box was damaged, not the air-conditioner.

Went to the Gallery Des Sources location. It's undergoing renovations. There's no longer access to the mall from the store. It's dark and dreary.nBut,the employee that I asked for the location of a product was knowledgeable and friendly.
