I bought a sheet of OSB yesterday for 20.25. Little expensive but whatever. Today I tried to return it without a receipt, my mistake I don’t miss taking store credit. However overnight it lost $6 in value because months ago that was the price they sold it for. I showed them my bank statement to no avail either. What a dishonest and poor way of doing business. I was a customer for years from back when it was Totem. I won’t be back again.

We had excellent customer service in the paint department and then again from the building department and then to top it off excellent management service at the cashier. ...helpful!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great variety of products -everything you'll need for all your building projects and more. Don't forget about the popcorn! ☺
