Customer service is terrible! I ordered 2 items online and went to pick it up. I thought, it would be go in, get item, get out. That is why I went online route. I get there and wait in front of sign that says : online pick up order only. I waited 20 min. No one came to help. If I had went down the aisle, picked up the item, and checked out, it would have been WAY faster. Great job Home Depot. Never shop online from you again.

One of the best tool-buying experiences ever (and I buy a lot of tools). The salesperson proactively asked if needed help and I mentioned that I saw a particular tool at a local tool store for a lower price. We verified the price and he made sure that he beat the competitor's price by 10% as he walked me to the cashier to approve it. He handed me his business card (as the department manager) and said to come see the store if I found a lower price at any of the other local tool shops.

This happened a few months ago. Unfortunately our experience in purchasing a washer/dryer combo was nothing short of a nightmare in customer service. Although the initial sales who handled the sale and the customer service rep who approved us in getting the missing spare parts and then get reimbursed were excellent, the other people in the process just did not care. From forgetting to give the spare parts to the installers to install to giving me the wrong parts when I went and picked it up, it was terrible. TO top it of, they only use 1 supplier to install these machines and we had to wait in total 3 weeks (from the moment the machines were delivered) to get our machines installed. What was also funny was that when I called to complain and asked for a supervisor, the operator offered me a financial compensation to drop the matter. Unbelievable.

Its a very busy store, with lots of parking and almost every hardware and home appliance you can think of, good customer service and lots of free do it yourself workshops.

All home depots are virtually do it yourself, including fetching that item high up top on the shelves , even when you ask 6 employees over a 45 minute time period to help with it. Truly do it yourself. Now the only good thing about this location is the amazing liquidation prices they have on items they want moved.
