Handy location, Tucked away but close to downtown. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.nnOnly downside is the homeless have ruined trust, in our new Canadian low trust society so alot of the items are locked up and you need to be escorted with items to the cashier which is not needed if your not homeless, but I get it you can't have staff judging case by case and treat everyone the same.

I come here a lot and the customer service people and the pro desk guys are quick and responsive and helpful.n
