The Home Depot Weekly Flier brought us to the Terminal Avenue location to look at their garden centre and Patio outdoor items…we purchased a Patio Umbrella cactus potting mix , premium garden soil and several succulent plants for our garden…also we bought tomato cages to support our rapid growing plants..very warm and welcoming atmosphere and the service by the staff was excellent..there is plenty of free parking…we strolled through the building materials and appliance areas…lots to see and enjoy, especially the wonderful garden area…

One of best supplied Home Depot stores. It have variety of products, with huge garden center and big parking lot. Employees are friendly and helpful. My recommendation for visit and quick shop of household supplies.

I had a fantastic experience at The Home Depot. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions. I found a great selection of quality products at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store for any home improvement project!

This store has an amazing customer service team, very helpful and are definitely there to support their customers. They even went beyond there policy and returned a defective Milwaukee saw for the second time since my original purchase but this time it was over the 90 day warranty period.nI cannot thank these people enough!

This place is a joke. They can’t arrange deliveries to save their lives… I spend nearly an hour on the phone changing order details half of which the phones are ringing literally for a half hour. Got hung up on twice then I wake up to notifications the delivery info has not changed after the ridiculous experience the night before. Now my delivery is apparently being pickup by Door dash because you can’t schedule the drivers properly? and the driver will now go to the wrong address and my delivery will be delayed. Now how do I they it? You going to try and charge me for delivery now after your team can’t do their job? Every stage Home Depot is involved is has been an utter incompetence. Home Depot should NEVER be your first choice. NEVERn-Incompetent servicen- worst lumber quality in the provincen-over priced itemsnnHome Depot=nHOME Depot is a jokennReply: I have tried to contact you. I spent an hour on the phone last night. Ridiculous experience yet I was told it was taken care of. Now I see nothing was done. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact via online chat- the service you provided for these situations. Why can’t I get help there?? IF someone even answers after I go through the red tape of getting past the garbage totally useless virtual chat bot.nI’ll be cancelling my order if it doesn’t show up at the right address. My colleagues that work in property management will also want to know that purchasing from Home Depot is not worth the hassle and to buy lumber from any other store and of course building accessories can be bought anywhere else.nnIf a customer is thinking. Of going to Home Depot, don’t. Go to a place like Mainland tools, and Canadian tire before wasting your time with this American joke of a company
