One of the best experience buying a new car.  You won't find a more genuine auto buying experience then from this dealership and from Jonni-Lee, Product Advisor. It's been 14 years since we last purchased a new vehicle so learning and adapting to all the technology that came with our Rav 4 Prime was challenging.  Thank you Adam for your support, patience and generous amount of time dedicated to putting us safely on the road.  You made this an enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a used 4 wheel drive and pulled into the parking lot at CR Toyota.  On the drive there, my Toyota had started making a strange grating sound.  Oliver, the sales manager noticed the sound and offered to look under my car to see what it was.  He said it was something rubbing against the tire and bent it so the noise stopped.  I had to replace my shocks on my old but gold Toyota but Oliver made it possible for me to drive the car for the couple of days it took to wait for the repair appointment That same visit, I bought a Jeep that needed new brakes and a working horn.  Their service department did not have the equipment needed to repair the horn so had to go on standby for an appointment at the CR Dodge/Jeep service department. CR Toyota provided a loaner for the six weeks that I waited for the horn repair.  The loaner car was a newer model than the vehicle I purchased.  Salesperson Jonnie-Lee and Manager Oliver took excellent care of me during this long drawn out process. While I was surprised it took so long to get an appointment to have the horn serviced at the Dodge/Jeep service department, I can only praise CR Toyota for their excellent customer service.  Thank you Jonnie-Lee and Oliver.  I highly recommend Campbell River Toyota for their customer service.

Amazing service!, Adam found me what I wanted plus some and was very down to earth and not pushy. When it came to finance Bill did an awesome job and got me exactly where it needed to be. Overall, awesome experience.  Would recommend buying here to anyone

We had the BEST experience purchasing our vehicle from Campbell River Toyota! The staff went above and beyond expectations to help us get our vehicle. We came up from Nanaimo to test drive and check out the vehicle. Jami and Jessica were amazing at accommodating our short time up there. From communicating important information before hand via email, to speedy banking preapproval, seamless and no stress paper work and signing. The best part was coming home late one evening to see the new vehicle in my driveway, as Jami personally delivered our vehicle down to Nanaimo when it was ready to come home! Thank you so much Campbell River Toyota, you guys are number one!

I travelled up from Nanaimo after work one day, after emailing back and forth with Jonnie about trading my vehicle in for a RAV4. They were very flexible with me coming up later in the day so close to closing time, and always responded to my many emailed questions very quickly. Jonnie and the team were very friendly and efficient. I felt like I was given a fair value for my trade in and didn't feel a bunch of pressure from anyone at their dealership. The RAV4 I bought was a great price too, definitely worth the drive up there! It was all a very quick process, which I was very happy about because typically you end up spending hours in a dealership. Overall I was very pleased with the process, buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming and the folks here definitely helped it not be that!

Called, left message with service to book appointment for service. No call back, when called to log complaint, was forced to leave message again!?  Contacted service manager, was unhappy that I contacted them, was told if you don't like our service, call Toyota Canada!? " maybe they would care"  Called Toyota Canada and was told it would be investigated,  Now I'm not allowed to book appointments with this dealership!!!??
