Kal Tire

Both myself and the Langley store have been trying to get a hold of someone at this store for days and can't get anybody to pick up the phone. They were supposed to send my tires to the Langley store, but they aren't there and nobody knows what's going on. Communication has been non existent. There's now snow on the ground, and nobody seems to know where my snow tires are! Definitely wouldn't recommend this location.

The staff I dealt with on the day were awesome (Austin and Steve). Sorted out everything i requested and accomodated me at every request. Very helpful. The work carried was also carried out well as the alignment of my car is much more stable. Great service. Thanks guys.

I don't think I'll be back. I'm an easy going guy and will let a lot of things slide, but there needs to be more attention to detail from this place. The front counter guys were awesome and helpful so no issues there. I did ask one of them to retorque my lug nuts and he put the wheel covers on the wrong way when he was finished, but I'll give that a pass. What I don't like was how my entire car was covered in some sort of black stuff after the tire installation. Now my car was not the cleanest by any chance, and I was going to wash it soon anyways, but how did it get on my roof, my mirrors, windshield etc it looked like it was sprayed by accident or something. After washing my car as best I could, there was one spot in particular I could not remove. Pics attached, it definitely looks like a finger print or two. Oh well I needed new covers anyway I guess.

I love Kal Tire. This morning I dealt with Bobby, who was friendly and quick in assessing the tread on my tires. Turns out, I don't need new wheels after all. He could have told me otherwise, like some places but he was honest. I'm definitely going back when I DO need them done AND, I'm telling all my friends. Thank you so much. Sandra

Back in January, Steve, the manager at KalTire on Main Street, put my mind at ease with his exceptional support, product knowledge and great customer service during the last nerve-wracking, snowy winter. Since then I've been back a number of times for different things, and the whole team have been absolutely amazing. They'll always try to help where they can, and I really feel like my road safety is their priority. Thank you Steve, Phil and Albert, plus the whole team, for making it so easy for me to recommend you to others!
