Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

We went in to get some matches for paint color from samples. They​ said it will take 5 minutes and it ended up taking over half an hour. Even with the place not busy at all, they just didn't care to give an accurate estimate of time and we asked many times. When we got home we found the paint wasn't a perfect match. We went back and gave them a second chance and it still wasn't match. Finally went to Home Depot on and got a perfect color match much quicker and easily. I will never go to to that store again. EVER. They failed both on customer service and ability.

Came here to look for an Airless Paint Sprayer Extension Pole. Looked my self, could not find it on the shelf. I asked the clerk if they sold them. He just brushed me off and helped another customer. So I wait a little longer, then another employee ask me if I need help. I say yes and ask him what I am looking for. He said they don't sell Airless Paint Sprayer Extension Poles and looked online for me where I could buy them. He said the closest place was in Abbotsford. Then I ask "do you sell sprayer shields?" He replied "I think we might have them in the back some where." He go's in the back to supposedly look for the spray shields. I wait 20 minutes, then I looked for him. He is in the back literally kicking boxes and wasting my time. I got fed up and just walked out. I was even going to buy paint but the unprofessionalism, lack of enthusiasm, and wasting my time made me walk out of the store. I did go to another Shwerwin-Williams Store that was a 10 minute drive away. They had everything I needed and the clerk was happy to help. I will NEVER go back to 1250 Venables St Sherwin-Williams store location again.

I really want to support a company that manufactures their paint locally, but the service at this location was awful. There are four or five 'wickets' to deal with customers... they were mostly empty while I stood in line for half an hour waiting for someone to even say "Hi", or "Sorry for the delay." When it looks like someone is finally going to be able to answer my question, the phone rings and instead of helping the customers that have been standing in line, he answers the phone and starts jotting notes down. Maybe they were just "having a bad day", but I've got better things to do than stand around waiting for them to figure out that customers get annoyed and walk away when they are completely ignored. You couldn't even buy a paintbrush without standing in line and being ignored! What a waste of time.
