This place is a solid, intimate spot for concerts. The front bar allows for solid ambiance while a band plays in the rear in case it's a bit much for you at times but still offers an array of higher end liquors and beer options.nnBathrooms at the back are a bit cramped but functional. It is nice to see fully closed off rooms over stalls in a sterile room now and again. It helped to see which to avoid and which were still good to use without having to swing the door open in horror.nnAcoustics are decent, and with the stage right at your waist, it's hard not to get right in and enjoy the show as close as you can.nnLots of parking nearby as well from smaller lots to on street. It's also accessible by TTC with nearby stops.nnA great choice if you want to be really up close and in the experience with the band.
Garrison is always a good time. Love their turning point dance parties. People are all there for a good time and it's a great way to just dance. Went to see a concert recently and it was magical. The venue was intimate and sound was fabulous
It was a great venue for the rhapsody/wind rose/seven kingdom tour. Only issue was sound set up was not the best. But the small venue made it feel like a private event.
This place is absolutely trash! The white female bartender that was working the evening on August 2nd was being absolutely rude and racist! She refused to serve us and clearly does not know how to deal with POC. I don't understand why this place would have racist people working the weekend of Caribana. She was extremely disrespectful and threw a lime at my friend's chest... She falsey accused us if throwing money at her. This is disgustimg customer service and she should not be in this field of work.
Very nice & classy punk vibe-like venue/bar !!!!! I had a blast in the moshpit, especially being in my first Toronto moshpit, it was an absolutely amazing experience and the bartenders are very nice !!!!!
