My entire experience this morning was awesome. Friendly team at reception that were helpful and engaging. They were also super patient with a lady who had a language barrier, it was really nice to see. Once inside Dr Nick and his team were fantastic. Took time to explain everything they were doing and we came up with a solid plan to address my needs I've been avoiding going to the dentist for several years  Great team, highly recommend

I’ve been going to the dentist at Northgate since I was quite young and I love it there. The people there are so kind and patient. They do really well with making you feel welcome and most importantly they make you feel 100% comfortable. Overall, the environment there is pretty amazing!!

I have dental anxiety, and have saw Dr. Cao. He is great. He makes you feel at ease, as well as the other staff. They always tell you everything they are going to do before they do it. The front desk staff are great, they greet you as soon as you walk in and are friendly. They are very helpful if you call with an emergency to get you in as soon as possible. I would recommend them.

I have been going to this on office for about a year based on convenience being close to home. Over the past two months I have been in and out of the office for fillings that turned into a root canal within two weeks, then turned into abscess tooth within another two weeks. I’m not sure but I’m going to assume being a dentist you can make the observation the first time around what procedure would be best for me not putting a band aid on the situation all while milking the insurance along the way. That’s how I feel. I won’t be returning to this dentist ever again, as a new patient I would proceed with caution.

Got in right away to fix my chipped tooth, everyone there was so nice and the whole process went very smoothly. Painless process and it's clear the doctors and and assistants know what they're doing! I went home with a smile almost identical to what it was before the chip. Very happy :

The receptionist at the beginning was really accommodating and welcoming but then when I paid my bill, the receptionist who took my payment was like 'bored' and didn't want to entertain more clients. The dental assistant was nice, explained the procedures to me well enough, but the dentist - I don't know if he was tired or whatnot but he just sat down, looked at my teeth, did not even introduce himself, and wrote the prescription. He didn't even bother explaining to me about the xray, didn't even show me the xray and just left. I had high expectations but I left the clinic very much disappointed. Anyway, I'm coming back for a different doctor and I hope it will be a good experience then.

Absolutely amazing office, the atmosphere is welcoming, family feel to it and just all around awesome. The dentist I seen specifically was Fantastic! I have Sever anxiety with demtist offices' and he made it very comfortable for me, explain everything in detail and assisted me with Amy other questions I had!

Great place overall! Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Jerry is a great dentist, I didn’t feel any pain with my fillings and he made sure I was relaxed and comfortable.

I'll start off by saying I hate the dentist. But I am more then happy to drive the hour to attend my appointments with the staff and doctor. The staff is friendly, helpful and the doctor is fantastic, very accommodating to your schedule and physical needs.

Very pleased with my recent experience, the team was very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable when experiencing a dental emergency. They explained everything thoroughly and I would definitely recommend going to see them
