Been a client for 3+ years here. Dr Albert and Dr Chong have a very professionally run team. From admin, to cleanings to follow up and even seasonal greetings, the team at West Central absolutely puts in the extra effort to provide great service.

Dr Chong is awesome. He was caring and explained everything to me. Brittany, the dental assistant, was great! The best part was the hygienist Suzanne. She was gentle and very sweet! By far this is the best dental clinic I've been to.

This office recommended an expensive root canal for a "cracked" tooth. four year later, no other dentists have been able to identify the cracked tooth and I have no tooth pain and have not had a root canal. I do not recommend this clinic.

I've always been terrified of going to the dentist. When I began seeing Dr. Albert , and during the first visit, I lost (most), of my trepidation. The dental work is clearly explained to me, the freezing needle doesn't hurt, and the process is performed efficiently. Suzanne has been my dental hygenist at the clinic for over 12 years--the cleaning doesn't hurt and it's always well done. Our one-sided conversations are nice too. The clinic itself is peaceful and comfortable. Every staff member is professional and caring. This past year, Dr. Albert prepared my dad for dental implants and new upper and lower dentures. Dad is thrilled with the end product, and he constantly tells me how he feels confident that Dr. Albert is a highly skilled professional and perfectionist. I strongly recommend West Central Dental, especially to the "fearful", like I once was.

I have been a patient at West Central for over 18 years and give the dentists, hygienists,assistants and office staff top marks for friendly, efficient and excellent care. I am disabled and they have gone out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable during procedures. The office decor is soothing and spacious, with a variety of seating in the waiting room. The only problem is that there the threshold into the building is not power chair friendly, it is fine for walkers that can be lifted or wheelchairs with higher ground clearance.
