Londonderry Dental Choice

I went for a cleaning and check up recently. My hygienist Meagan was excellent. She was very informative and walked me through the process; I've never had a hygienist take the time to explain each step of the appointment before. I really appreciated learning from her. Meagan was very friendly and personable, and made my visit enjoyable. The only downside to the appointment is the building interior -- it's definitely a little dated and small, and doesn't make the best first impression upon arrival.

I never thought I would ever have a wonderful experience at the dentist, but I did at Londonderry Dental Choice! Dr. James was amazing! He made me feel calm and very comfortable. And most importantly he did an amazing job! My fillings feel natural and perfect! Looking forward to my next appointment. The staff are great, they are very knowledgeable and they make you feel at home.. :)

Londonderry Dental Choice is the best dental office I have ever attended by far! The staff are always professional and friendly. I never feel nervous or apprehensive when going into the chair - which says a lot! From the moment I walk in - Robin and Charlotte always take care of me and inform me of any costs that will and will not be covered by insurance. The dental hygienist Meghan has a wonderful bubbly disposition and most importantly is very knowledgeable and consistently explains what she is doing and why. The Dental Assistant Asmaia is very kind and understanding, and she makes me feel comfortable, even with the more difficult appointments I have had. Dr. James is an excellent Dentist! He always makes sure I am calm and comfortable and continually stops during a procedure to check-in and make sure I am doing okay. Prior to going to Londonderry Dental Choice I did not go to a dental office for many years. I have had to have a significant amount of work done - but since first attending this office in September, I have never felt nervous or scared once. 5 stars for Londonderry Dental Choice!

I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. James and his staff definitely made this visit much more enjoyable than I could’ve imagined. Dr. James was very knowledgeable and charismatic, but what I liked most is that he was educating me throughout the whole process. His assistants were also very informed and found ways to add to the overall experience. 5/5

Dr. James and his wonderful staff at Londonderry Dental Choice are incredibly friendly, patient and kind. They understand my inherent fear and "avoidance at all costs" of dental procedures. They always ensure I am as comfortable as I possibly can be throughout a procedure and even go so far as to reassure me that everything will be okay! Unlike many dental offices, their pricing is very reasonable and you never have to wait more than a week or two for an appointment. If you or anyone you know are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. James and his staff. You won't regret it! Thank you all for taking such great care of me.
