Does anyone else feel guilty eating after a cleaning? Lol Front staff are great! DR. MANN and her ASSISTANT (who I can't remember her name and I feel really bad for that) are absolutely amazing!!! This was my second visit and my anxiety and nervousness was non-existent very shortly into the appt. They are both great and they are joke around with you so it makes for a very enjoyable appt! Thanks guys! :)

NEVER SEE DR. HAYASHI - They do have other GREAT Dentist's at this office. Went to this dental office several years ago after leaving my family dentist for the first time. Was meant to see my mothers doctor however they booked me with Dr. David Hayashi by mistake. At my first appointment he seemed nice however I was booked for a cleaning that never got finished due to the hygienist/assistant being very new and slow ( She had never seen a full porcelain crown before and had to consult the dentist on what it was). They did not finish the cleaning but I did need some treatment so they said they could finish it that day. I came back only for my appointment to be delayed an hour because the instruments weren't sterilized on time. I did not mind waiting however the dentist proceeded to yell at the assistant throughout the WHOLE procedure and it was very uncomfortable for me. He was also mentioning that they get paid assistant rate even though they technically aren't and they should be expected to complete these tasks. Because he was so mad he also cut my lip because he was angry and pulling very hard and didn't finish all of the work that was supposed to be done. I returned to see a different female dentist here because I never wanted to see him again. She did a great job and made time to finish all of the rest of my treatment with me due to the scenario that previously happened. That was the last time I went to this office, they recently called me to ask if I wanted to be marked inactive. I did and remembered I never left a review. I have not had any issues with the actual dental work I received from either dentist.

Dr Mann and her student assistant Jordan were amazing today. Everyone at Londonderry Dental 2 is always friendly and accommodating plus willing to take the needed time to explain and work with a difficult patient. The front desk staff is always pleasant and professional, I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Great work guys

Worst place to go for dental work...shoddy workmanship...poor attitudes..fillings fell out 3 months later
