Albany Dental

I've come to this dental office twice now and both experiences have been fantastic! The first time I visited, due to poor benefits, I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years. The reception area was clean and the front end staff friendly. The dental hygienist was extremely kind and funny, and helped me to relax immensely! She was also thorough, ensuring that each tooth was perfectly clean and smooth before being satisfied with the job. She really seemed to care about her chosen career, which always makes for a great experience. I let her know about some jaw pain I was having off and on, and the dentist herself came to speak to me about possibilities, and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. They did not make me feel horrible about not keeping up with my dental cleanings, which really made a difference for me. My second appointment I saw a different hygienist, who was very down to earth and also thorough! I had a fabulous time then as well. I will definitely continue to frequent here in the future!! (Plus they have massage chairs!!!)

I have been their patient over 3 years now. I had poor dental work done in China. It was almost ruin my teeth and gum. I have 15 bad crowns to replace. It requires treamdious work and time to fix my crowns. My dentist did a great job. I am so impressed about their professional practice. They also help me to work out my health insurance with the procedure. The price is reasonable. Dentist and staff are super nice. I am highly recommended this clinic for everyone. If you are looking for great dental work and customer service, you won’t be disappointed. Normally, I don’t write comments on the Internet. But I have to this time.

I was scared to try a new dentist and have had bad experiences in the past. I must say that this entire team is phenomenal! I required my first ever root canal and was petrified from horror stories I've heard from others. Dr. Nanji and Dental Assistants Anna and Tania were patient, kind and eased my severe anxiety. They ensured I was frozen enough not to feel any pain at all. Megan was able to give me an estimate on my work prior to the procedure. This team genuinely cares about their patients and treats you like they are their only patient. Can't believe I can say, "I love my dentist!" Thanks Albany Dental!

Very accommodating for emergencies and great communication with respect to insurance and out of pocket costs. There was no ‘surprise ‘ at the end of my appointment and it was time to pay.
