Infinity Dental North

I cannot even to begin to describe my terrible experience with this clinic. Firstly I went for a cleaning at this clinic and the dentist wasn't involved. Instead a dental hygienist came and roughly scraped at my teeth. He wasn't gentle or careful. It was as though he didn't want to be there and he was just trying to get it done. It was the fastest cleaning I have ever had! I didn't feel like my teeth were clean! After that wonderful experience I found out that I had 3 cavities. I was pretty alarmed but I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years and I accepted my fate. I scheduled another appointment to get fillings. For this appointment I had the pleasure of getting my fillings from the dentist. He gave me the worst 3 fillings I have ever had! It was so sloppy that he had to shave between two teeth so I could floss. A while later one of the fillings chipped and lodged itself between two teeth. I couldn't floss! I finally selected another dentist a year later and the care and quality from that dentist has made me realize how horrible this experience was. I was a student at the time with a discount and I considered that they were giving me low quality care because of that. Either way I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. If you cherish your teeth think twice before coming here.

Not a lot of good things to say. The reason I went to this dentist was because it was close to my house, and they direct billed my insurance. I found the receptionists were very flirtatious and wore medical scrubs that showed off lots of cleavage, I found that to be very unprofessional. I informed them about my dental insurance they seemed to light up with excitement as if they were going to cash in. They recommended I have 2 teeth pulled and bridges/implants installed. I was rather shocked considering they were minor chips from my teeth. I ended up just having a different cavity filled that was causing me pain and didn't book another appointment. A year later and I really can't complain about the dental work, the tooth feels fine and looks great. After the appointment my insurance wouldn't go through and after about 5 phone calls from the receptionist I had to leave work early to come in and look over the paperwork. They were submitting the billing with the wrong name and I had to leave work 2 hours early to go to the office and spell my name correctly. I recently moved and found a new dentist. He fixed the other 2 teeth that I was told needed to be pulled with just minor fillings and never had another problem with. You be the judge.

I have been going to infinity dental for 10 years. I normally hate dentist. I had a bad experience when I was a child. I normally do not take to freezing. I expressed my concerns to the staff here by saying "I would like the Ozzy Osbourne level of freezing!" I got a laugh and have never felt anything. I always get the best service here. I've had a few root canal's done lots of cavities filled; and an dental implant from the Edmonton North side location! I have seen lots of kids in and out over the years none crying. I Will continue to go here even if I move away again. I used to drive up here back when I lived 2 hours south of Calgary. Just to go to this Dentist!

This is a very bad dental service. They called me every six months to tell me my cleaning is up. I always refused to book appointment with them until recently. I agreed for them to book an appointment for cleaning. The day before the appointment, someone called me to confirm my dental insurance. On the appointment day, I showed up. The receptionist asked me if I was sure I had an appointment. She could not find me in the system. She said she could get me in but there would be a bit of a wait. I refused the service and left. A dental place like this always like to make money. They obviously don’t have enough business; hence they call me every six months. Then they mess it up. The service fees are about 25% more than the insurance company willing to pay. They over charge. I do not recommend to go to this place Infinity North. I would give them zero star if I had that option.

I felt comfortable at the dentist! Dr. Omar and the staff were friendly and down to earth. I went in for an emergency extraction and ended up getting a pain free root canal. Dr. Omar went above and beyond for me today; I was lucky enough to keep my smile! I am forever greatful and will definitely be returning in the future. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Omar Nsair THANKS a lot for giving me unexpected discount . 100 % positive experience. I had never thought that my tooth will be ever fixed .Ultimate Dr and was really gentle while doing my tooth surgery. I' I am forever grateful and will definitely be returning in the future. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great dentist. I'm glad getting a pain free surgery and felt comfortable the whole time .Dr.Nsair is exceptional & highly recommend him.

I had a soccer accident knocked off two front teeth I didn't think a dentist would take me same day. Dr.nsair and staff was great. They took me in right away and worked on me. I got two implants. i have made Dr.Nsair my family densit. He has worked on most of my teeth. I highly recommend him. He is great at what he does!

After reading these negative comments/reviews I was about to cancel my appointment with Infinity Dental! I went in today to extract my tooth, I was really nervous and afraid to get it done, in 30 minutes I was done! Dr Omar's hands were so gentle, I felt no pain what so ever! I love this guy! I feel so comfortable when I'm there, It feels like home.The staff are all so kind and friendly! Don't hesitate a second to get anything done there! Dr Omar is a Professional! I will be getting my implants done with him and also a bridge! Thank you Infinity Dental for everything and God Bless You Dr Omar! All the best today tomorrow and always!

i had some issues with my teeth like a chipped tooth, receding gum and jaw pain from my wisdoms i needed addressed before going in there and while i waited and waited i got charged 500$ for x rays and a teeth cleaning that entailed the dentist scrapping my teeth putting fluoride in my mouth and sending me out the door. my teeth were not cleaned properly compared to every other place i’ve been to. i had to tell the dental assistant to call him back in to answer the questions for the reason i came in there and all he claimed was my braces were the issue and he can’t do anything until they’re off but every other dental place has found no issues with my braces and found solutions that weren’t involving them. i now need to go spend more money at another dental place to get my issues addressed because i wasted my time and money in this place and i do not recommend going here if you have actual dental issues.

Terrible service and super expensive. I went there for a routine filling due to a filling that had fallen out from a previous dentist and to have some old silver fillings replaced with porcelain. After having my fillings replaced and the larger filling that had already fallen out replaced I began to have problems. The larger filling fell out after a year. I went back and had it redone at my expense. After having it redone it then fell out again a few months after the second time and I became very sensitive to hot and cold. I called to get it redone, they later informed me that I would have to pay again. I refused and went to another dentist after that and the dentist said Dr. Nassir had drilled way too deep and should have put in a metal pin and insulation. Now it looks like I will need a root canal all because this idiot doesn't know what he is doing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not unless they enjoy getting ripped off and having their insurance billed multiple times for work that was never done. *Update* April 2, 2018 It has now been a few years since I had left infinity dental and all of the fillings that had been done there had fallen out and I have had to have them replaced properly at my new dentist. I will never go back to infinity dental again.
