The Crepe Shop

We came here on a Tuesday morning and loved this place. The atmosphere was so cozy and chill, and the waiters are very friendly. I love their lox crepe. We also got the butter me up and the honey truffle. Loved the taste of sweet and savory and the layers of texture in the honey truffle. Their crepe are so good. The flavors blend in together perfectly.

My husband and I were in the city and wanted to grab something to eat. I was craving crepes and happened to pick this place out by random and I'm so happy I did. This place is a gem and by far the best crepe shop I’ve been to! The crepes are big, fulfilling, and delicious. We ordered the Matcha Made in Heaven, Honey Truffle, and Lox Salmon. For drinks, we had the Cardamon Latte. We loved everything and definitely will be coming back!

I was craving crepes and really wanted to try this place. I had the lox crepe. It was fantastic. It was full of flavor, had plentiful of lox and cream cheese. My husband had the butter crepe with strawberries he really liked it. The coffee and lattes were hot and fun. Great place to eat. I’ll always come back.

The crepe shop is great! My sibling and I came here after Friday morning swim club. We ordered the honey truffle and berry cheesecake and had absolutely no complaints. It’s a screen free no laptops or ipads restaurant, very light air airy inside, and the crepes were delicious!

Went here for lunch with a friend and tried the Turkey and spinach crepe and the lox crepe. The crepe itself was soft and delicate, and served as a great vessel for the fillings. I also got the cardamom-rose latte, and it was delicious! You order at the counter and then find your own seating within. Your order will be called for pick up. The interior has a tropical and beach-y vibe. I love the spread of foliage and ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Will definitely be returning to try the sweet crepes :

Absolutely excellent cafe and crepe shop in the Lake View neighborhood of Chicago. The coffee is great but as their namesake suggests, the crepes here are absolutely phenomenal. Whether you choose a savory or sweet crepe, you'll love the offerings that The Crepe Shop bestows upon its patrons. It's a no screens cafe, meaning no laptops or iPads, encouraging people to hang out, read a book, play a game or just indulge in some wonderful crepes!

I had the Matcha made in heaven. Excellent! If you don't LOVE sweet try another choice. I enjoyed the screen free environment. Atmosphere is great. Friendly service! Also note, no cash, credit/debit cards only.Food: 5/5

Quiet and cozy place. The menu is limited to crepes both sweet and not sweet and coffee. It's a self-service restaurant: you order, get a buzzer, after it buzzes you pick your food, then you clean up dishes at the end of the counter. Therefore it is a little surprising to be asked 15, 20 or 25% tip. The food was good, the prices were fair, the coffee was terrific.

The place is cute and cozy looks. There are some crepe choices and lovely coffee and Matcha latte i like. It’s orders and services yourself services. Nice staff. This place is not allow to bring laptop and ipad to use in the shop which is make sense if it’s busy because the seat is limited. recommend to hang out here for snack and coffee.

I've enjoyed crepes here on 3 different visits! good for splitting with someone if it's too much sweet for one person. the vibes and live plants are very relaxing. the lattes are decent too, but not their strong point.
