Had an appointment today at 11:45am. My mistake, I thought it was at noon. I called as I was having doubts. The receptionist was rude from the time she answered. I told her that I was running a bit late 5-10 minutes.nnShe confirmed I can still come. I drive over and arrived at 11:55am to the clinic being closed as they are out for lunch.nnKindness is free, no need to be rude. Mistakes happen and I owned up to it. Instead of allowing to come with my baby to find out the clinic is closed, she could of simply ask me to reschedule.nn.... Other than that, Dr. Jednak is a great Doctor!

My children’s doctor is absolutely wonderful. All the doctors in the clinic are amazing.nnOn the other hand the older blonde receptionist is extremely rude.nHad an appointment for my baby and on our way to the office she started vomiting all over herself. I entered clearly panicked and asked if they had a plastic bag for my baby’s clothing the receptionist proceeded to tell me that she’s not a cleaner and it’s not her job to find garbage bags. She told me to sit and have a coffee because I was upset with her response and she proceeded to talk garbage about me to her coworker sitting next to her.nnMake your appointments online to avoid having to deal with this woman she clearly doesn’t enjoy her job as a children’s clinic receptionist.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at the clinic. Today, my baby fell out of bed, and I was extremely concerned that he might have suffered a concussion. Due to living far from the clinic, it took me some time to get there, and just before we left, my baby needed a diaper change, which caused an additional delay. Despite my efforts to arrive as quickly as possible, we reached the clinic only a few minutes after the scheduled appointment time. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the doctor had already left.nnI was in distress and pleaded with the clinic staff to contact the doctor, explaining that I had done everything I could to get there as fast as possible, but I was kept been told the clinic was off duty.nnI understand that schedules are important, but I find it deeply troubling that my baby's wellbeing seemed secondary to keeping a strict schedule, especially in an urgent situation like this. As a parent, I was in a state of panic and expected more compassion and understanding from the clinic's staff. This experience has left me questioning the level of care and consideration provided to patients, especially when it comes to young children.

We are deeply grateful for this clinic and its outstanding team of doctors. With three children, the support and care we’ve received here have set a remarkable standard for what healthcare should be. This clinic truly exemplifies excellence and compassion.

I was suppose to have a doctor appointment for my daughter. We went monday but the doctor did not want to prescribe antibiotic at that time he said to return if she has fever again. My appointment was at 8:45 Wednesday. 5 minutes before I get there the receptionist calls me saying not to come they do not have electricity. She stated she doesn’t know when it will come back. So I called her back asking if the same doctor who saw us on Monday can prescribe antibiotic cause he knows the case. She stated no he is not there. There is nothing she can do it. She sounded like a older woman. Then she had the nerve to tell me to call hydro quebec if im not happy. She should learn how to speak to clients.
