Sami Fruits

I would give 0 stars, but it's a pity that option doesn't exist. My mum went there to shop today and bought some items. Prior to shopping at Sami fruits, she had bought two pineapples at a different place, and she placed them in the shopping cart alongside the items she bought at Sami Fruits. The pineapples had a tag from the store that she bought it from. However, she didn't have the receipt of the pineapples. When she got to checkout at Sami, she placed all the items she bought on the scanning till, and they were scanned. The cashier asked about the pineapples, and my mum explained to her that she got it from another store, showing her the tag that was on the pineapples. The cashier refused to see reason, and loudly accused her of stealing from the store and my mum refuted, clarifying that she didn't steal. The cashier went to talk to another cashier that was present, and this cashier confirmed that the pineapples were not from Sami Fruits. She returned to check out the items that my mum bought, and tried to gloss over what had happened without saying sorry, and my mum would not have it, the cashier insisted that my mum didn't have a receipt for the pineapples the pineapples had tags, proving that they were not from Sami Fruits by the way. It's sad that these staffs are not trained and are able to talk to customers however they want. I hope the management makes a conscious effort to PROPERLY train their staffs because they're a face of the store.nTEACH THEM TO APOLOGIZE PROPERLY WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG.nP.S I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE PINEAPPLES TO SHOW THAT THEY'RE INDEED NOT FROM SAMI FRUITS.

Disappointing Experience with Sami FruitnnI recently purchased a variety of vegetables, nuts, and cheeses from Sami Fruit, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. A significant portion of the vegetables and some of the cheeses were spoiled and moldy upon arrival. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Sami Fruit, I encountered unhelpful and unsympathetic responses from their customer service.nnI am a loyal customer and have always appreciated the quality of products at Sami Fruit. However, this recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I provided photos of the spoiled items and requested a refund, but Sami Fruit insisted on having the original receipt and my physical presence at the store, which is not feasible for me due to distance and cost.nnI regret that Sami Fruit was not able to handle this situation more professionally and with greater consideration for customer satisfaction. As a result, I am now pursuing other avenues to seek resolution.nnI hope Sami Fruit can improve their customer service and quality control measures to prevent similar issues in the future.

2nd review: the staffs mentioned that they would accept their membership card by sharing the card number but while billing they won't accept it.n----nA lot of variety of fruits, vegetables and dry fruits to choose at affordable prices. Very good for bulk or small purchasing. Found the things cheaper than any other place in Montreal.

It's good and cheap, but the fruit and vegetable prices after bill, are not clear. They do not have any barcode and all is done by cashier and her memory to remember the prices.nAlso the bill problem, no name of product one by one, just pay and you can't find which item was for what you bought.
