FedEx Ship Centre

I was home waiting for my package. They never even rang the doorbell or knocked! Instead they left a note at my door stating that I have to pick up the package in Kirkland when in fact the package was left at Fedex in St-Laurent. I live in Laval. Had to go out of my way TWICE to pick up a package that they were supposed to deliver at my door. Poor service. Fedex is the absolute worst.

The worst and disrespectful attitude I’ve seen in a workplace, I understand short staffing and stress from the day, but I don’t deserve to be treated disrespectfully.nnThe employee name I’m reporting is Cass, a blonde girl works at 6:30pm on Tuesday 16 April 2024.

Please train your drivers how to get access in an apartment buildings, its a standard process not rocket science. Its a door not “Ali baba and 40 chor” vault, that he need magical spell to open the door. Please focus on actually provide customer service rather than formality. It was a same city delivery that took 10 days and i still don’t have my package, because driver said “apartment building was closed”.

I want to thank Sandra for her mitigation skills! My package was very urgent and she was very helpful in fixing up the situation that occurred because of the clearance delay.nShe was able to help me locate the package and get it from the FedEx sorting office directly. Yes, the situation was also caused by FedEx but it is great to work with people who can mitigate problems fast.

Worst shipping company ever. As sad as it is canada post and ups are better.
