We had a great experience at this Uhaul location, Mehdi was really kind in explaining all the instructions of how to use the site. He was patient even though we arrived as the office was almost closing. Recommend this location, it was very clean and brightly lit so we felt safe moving items even at night.

Made a reservation more than 3 week in advance, I came a bit late to pick up the truck, that plump lady canceled my reservation without giving me a simple call... just ruined my moving schedule. She than made a reservation to another uhaul where I waited more than an hour just to be told that there's no truck available... Just wasted time

The worse service ever. Julie Lescard is very rude a d does not reperse t U-Haul at all with what the say about how they treat there clients and she gave me a hard time when. I threatend to speak to her supervisor she said go a head .She is rude I. Front of other people and refuses to help her clients who pay their money in anyway .It's up to U-Haul and who they have working for them but she will make people take there money else where and how to uhauls computers. It could not if so w better at the time or I would if took out my stuff from that U-Haul where Julie Lescard works and ho to another uhaul location or a another storage place amd never spend my .money with U-Haul again but not everyone should pay for what one person does not every manager is so mean and bring there personal.life to work and take it out on there clients I. Guy over the phone is very rude. He talks as if he’s forced to work. I was asking simple questions. He needs to be fired. His tone very unacceptable and I was looking to rest from this location and I won’t be due to this

Customer service is really bizarre. Refused to serve me in english so when I spoke french they didnt understand me. Wouldn't go here again. When I arrived there was so employees anywhere? Was waiting inside confused with two other customers for like 5 minutes
