I’ve never had a more terrible experience. It was so uncalled for? There was an odd miscommunication where they gave the truck we reserved online away to a person on the phone who called in after us. We expressed frustration and asked for their name and were barricaded from leaving the store. The employee followed us into the parking lot and was holding onto my tote back until he watched me delete the photo I took of the desk. I wanted employee identification for giving our truck away since he refused to give me his name. These reviews don’t suggest management that care at all, so the best I can expect is to trust no one visits this uHaul location.

Julie was great she knew exactly what she was saying and she took the time to explain and answer all our questions. I highly recommend coming to this u haul it's the most professional u haul that I experienced.nMerci Julie!!

Excellent service it was our first time we had a very good introduction to the facility from the young lady on duty who took us through the facility and showed us how to access our store room. She was also very helpful during the power outage, the young gentleman also assisted us to resolve a few issues this all while they were extremely busy on a Sunday morning!

This U-Haul is highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and organized staff members are working at this location. They inspect their truck before/after rental and also clean the truck right after return. Most importantly, staffs do care about their clients satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing experience with this U-Haul location.nI was charged over $414 for just 18 hours of rental, which is unacceptable. I was not informed beforehand that there would be an additional hourly rate of nearly $20. This lack of transparency felt dishonest and misleading.nWorse than the price, the representative Julie was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her behavior caused me a lot of stress and frustration, especially at a time when I was already under pressure.nThe vehicle itself was unclean, adding to the negative experience.nnI left this location feeling mistreated and extremely disappointed. I strongly advise others to avoid this branch if they expect fair pricing and respectful service.
