Product replaced I don't want and products that could've been aren't.nMore than 5 products we're missing therefore I need to go to grocery. So what was the point of online ordering? And to pay almost 10$ feesnnTrying to get a hold of customer service & store is nearly impossible.  Horrible experience. First & last timennI only gave a 2 star as the rest was good, delivery guy Ahmed was on time, he did help me bring it to my door and was polite & WAS BILINGUAL. Je suis francophone et jai aimer voir ca.nnPhone service though, speechless. Lack of knowledge and it's a run around. Don't bother calling them unless it's to cancel your order.nnGlobally, bad.

We ordered the lobsters on Saturday May 13, the delivery time between 8-10am, in early morning they sent email saying “the product is not available”, after that they sent another email saying “lobsters are on the way”, they called us, told us they will be late 30’. Finally we waited for the whole morning, they didn’t come. We should get the lobsters from IGA. The order was never delivered to our door but they charged us $9.19 x 2 for the deliver price of 2 orders… what the….!!!!! So frustrated, NEVER order again.
