Very good cheeseburger. Thick, nice slice of warm cheese on fluffy, warm bread - perfect. Devoured in minutes. Sauce ratio could be much better. Meat didn’t have any smoked taste and could have been slightly thicker. There could have been more veggies. Overall, felt much better than a typical burger fast food joint! Recommend!
Edit: President reached out to make up for our experience. We tried the place again and the service was way better! We got our food hot and in a reasonable time since it's made fresh to order. The food ended up be delicious just a little greasy. Would give you a 0 star but since that's not an option you get a 1. Waited 40+ minutes for our order to find out they just left it sitting on the counter to get cold. The mushroom cap was rock solid and fries were stone cold, so it had to be sitting there for a good 20 minutes. Returned the food, was not offered fresh hot food to make it right and the girl working the cash didn't even know how to do a refund. Had to wait another 10 minutes for her to figure out how to refund. Didn't even get to try the food. Can't wait for the empty reply offering to make up the experience and then getting ghosted when having to follow through on it.
First time trying Burger’s Priest and It wasn’t a great first impression. Maybe I made a newbie mistake by not ordering a standard hamburger or cheeseburger for my first time. I ordered the California burger. It was a cheeseburger with secret sauce and sautéed onions on buttered buns. When I opened my burger I was surprised to see the buns looked like a couple of pancakes it was definitely bread but it was by no means a bun. The burger patty was good, the sauce was good. All very heavy rich. Add to this BUTTERED bread and it’s a coronary waiting to happen. There is absolutely no reason why this sandwich needs to be buttered. But it’s my fault for ordering this burger. But what’s with those buns?!?! Potential for four stars but based on this sandwich alone, it gets a three.
Found out 10 minutes after I ordered they didn't have the Portobello mushroom cap for my burger, asked if I wanted to switch to a double cheeseburger. I sad fine but to add mushrooms to the burger. They did not add any mushrooms. Got the chili cheese fries, they were a mix with some old dried out fries and some freshly undercooked fries. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch with added mayo and blue cheese, so three different sauces on it. The amount of total sauce was less than a half butter packet worth, plus the chicken was over cooked. Gave it the second star only because the staff were very friendly and polite.
I went for lunch and was greeted by friendly staff. The space was clean. The prices were significantly higher than other burger joints. I was disappointed with the flavour of my double cheeseburger with bacon. It was incredibly greasy, not in a good way. It was also very salty. The quality of the ingredients were above average but I wasn't happy with how they were used. I'm interested in trying another dish or franchise location.
The food is quite delicious just a little greasy. I tried the double Cali burger and was surprised by the flavour, very delicious but very rich and heavy. The chilli cheese fries we okay and the milkshake was nice. Overall Burger Priest is good
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The fries were soggy from grease so I didn't eat them. The burger was similar in size, texture, and flavor as a Wendy's JBC so I really liked it but for the price I would expect it to be better, and bigger than it was. The bun was cold which made the burger cold very quickly. Some of the pictures people post look so good but when I finally tried it I wasn't impressed.
Ordered double cheeseburger and cheese fries pretty disappointed Patty was way too pink on the inside not cooked all the way through The cheese fries were soggy and mushy with the tiniest bit of cheese on top, which was pretty much solid while the fries were still hot. The only positive feedback I have is the short wait time. Overall poor first experience especially for the price
I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! Seriously the best burgers in town. I ordered the double Cali burger with poutine and it had to be the best burger I have ever tried. The beef, cheese and crispy buns were made to perfection. It was definitely worth it and I’m coming here to satisfy all my burger cravings.
Very good for a fast food burger place. I would say it is better than a lot of fancy burger places around town too, the options are mostly basic but it is always done well. They use fresh meat and it shows, fries are also fresh cut. If you don't call ahead you will likely wait a bit for your order, around 10 or 15 minutes. Vegetarian options: Menu has a small selection of vegetation options.
