I went here and ate a big mac. All the employees stared at me with confusion and disgust, wondering I was munching the air I'm schizophrenic. I also took a HUGE GIRTHY terd in the bathroom and farted and I believe that to be the reason for the "temporarily closed" listing. Thanks for the big mac.
Really great, went in and ordered on the self service no problem. Very quick service & plenty of seating upstairs. Got the plant burger meal... it was actually delicious. Highly recommended.
Cant really complaine about the service was not bad.. tried one of their new burgers.. cant say the plastic melted lookin cheese was looked very appetising.. but it wasnt too mad once taken out
The hamburgers were cold and I had to use my hand sanitizer to clean my table, it was the filthiest Burger King I’ve ever been in, in my life.
The staff on the phone personal phones while cooking the food we are going to eat. I asked her to pls not do that and was ignored. No gloves.. she was holding her personal phone... come on.... normaly there is an amazing lady... I am just gobsmacked by the lack of consideration,especially at the moment.
Worst Angry Whopper ever. Complained but staff didn't care. Do not take offers from the app. Avoid, there are plenty of better places to eat at Waterloo. Even McDonald's is better.
Burgers are great but the moment they changed their chips lost it for me. Plus is it me or are the burgers crazy expensive now? Anyway got the whopper of course! Was delicious.
It's a bit hit and miss with this Burgerking. Sometimes it goes well and everything is top notch other times there are staff who don't seem to understand basic English which can be a problem and sometimes the staff move really slowly even though there are many people waiting. Also the other day I went there and the chips were cold with tiny black dots all over them.... I asked what they were and was told its been like it all day and something to do with the oil..... But some days it is OK there I think maybe it depends on the staff who are on at the time maybe?
zero stars if I could, I couldn't use the self service machines as I wanted a combination that is not on the normal menu swapping onion rings for fries on the meal option and as other BK outlets have done it thought it wouldn't be a problem, after standing at the tills for a while I asked one of the two people behind the counter if anyone was serving, I was told no. I had to confirm the answer as I was a bit surprised that they were happy to turn away custom but the answer was yes no one was serving and they were happy to lose someone who wanted to buy their product. As other posts are showing this is not an isolated instance and if they are happy to turn away one person a day that's about £2800.00 per year they lose what else are they happy to not do which they should or could be doing keeping the place clean and tidy, keeping the food correctly ??? Will not venture into this outlet of BK again.
Is there an option for negative stars? So, you can't order at the till, i was told that very bluntly after waiting there for a while. And if you ask for help with the touch screen order, get comfy because they won't acknowledge you and will just ignore you like you're not even there. Rudest staff ever! Customer service is a myth in there.
